Saw the Juke on-line and made an internet enquiry on Wednesday evening, got a phone call from Patrick on Thursday, did a test drive on Friday, drove away on Saturday. A very simple, straightforward process. Patrick was extremely helpful, with no pressure to buy, infact the input and knowledge from the other sales staff was very useful for me to make my decision to buy.

I am so thrilled with my new car. After spending the best part of a day deciding between 2 cars (and nearly killing tom on our test drive!) I finally chose my white beamer. Everyone was brilliant at affordable cars and tom was extremely patient with me!!! I would highly recommend Affordable Cars York.

This is a review of the business, not the car I purchased. Initially I went to Bilbrough to see the car but found it had just been moved to Crockey Hill. Trust the website is more accurate now. Bilbrough is their 4x4 centre now.
Not pushy with sales and the cars seem an honest mix of ex-lease cars and trade-ins. Dean happy for me to take car on decent test drive and I was able to spend as long as I liked perusing the selection. Received fair price for my old car. Upon picking up my purchase it was nicely prepared and the transaction and taxing of the car was straightforward. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. I recommend Dean to deal with.

I bought a car from Affordable Cars about 3 years ago. I received excellent service from Max, in particular, who talked me through everything I needed to know. The car has ran like a dream and proved to be fantastic value for the money I paid. I'd thoroughly recommend speaking to them next time you're in the market for a car.

Loving our recent purchase, a mini convertible! From walking through the door to driving off the forecourt, the attention and service was impeccable. Staff were on hand to help but at no time did we feel pressured. Patrick had a history of working with minis so could give us deeper knowledge and his passion for the cars shone through which enhanced our experience! I went to the Tadcaster Branch of Affordable cars in search of a car I had seen on the internet. Upon arrival I was greeted with a smile from a salesman called Max who took me straight to the car in question. After having a look he was kind enough to show me some other cars (in the same price range) that he thought would interest me. He kindly took me for a test drive in a Mini and made pleasant and engaging conversation to calm my nerves (being a younger driver buying my first car). Even after buying and taking the car away, I have rang back with questions and Max has been more than helpful, going above and beyond in providing excellent customer service and answering any questions I have had. I would recommend Affordable Cars to anyone who asked for, not only their great car selection and fast turn around, but for the customer service provided there.

We went to the affordable cars on the A64 where we were greeted by Max Tierney, he was very welcoming and friendly. Once we had found a car we wanted, Max put everything in place quickly and efficiently, managing to work around mine and my partners working hours. Max's customer service was a deffinate 10/10 and would highly recommend going to affordable cars. I got a great deal and two free bottles of wine to top it off! Car buying experience made.
