Having worked as a car salesman previously, there is a level of service you begin to expect and these fall well short. A rude, almost teenage salesman that barely looked up from his iPad. Extortionate Finance rates just complement the whole experience! Would not recommend to anyone, if this is how they are before the sale, who knows what to expect after! There are plenty more garages where I can spend my 15k on a car!

I purchased a Mini over the weekend and could not have asked for a better experience. I had all the help I needed and everything was explained properly. I was even given a call to see if everything was running well! My sister is on the hunt for a new car so we will be back very soon. Thanks again guys, I cannot recommend you enough

Having contacted this company twice to enquire about a car they are advertising, nobody has bothered to get back in contact with me. I count myself lucky, because if this is how the treat potential customers, I hate to think how their after sales service is. Having read the negative reviews of this company since. I have decided to spend my money elsewhere

Just purchased a Jaguar Xf at a great price for age and milage. Had it checked today 22 Sept 16 at my local dealer. Full set of green lights in the health and diagnostic check. My experiance100% positive Affordable premium cars. So very true.

The reputation for affordable cars seems to be proceeding them, wish I'd heard about this before purchasing a £9000 car from them. I've had it 3 months and now onto our 3rd garage visit, 1st fault took us 5 garages to get it sorted, which yep fair enough they eventually sorted but the car was only 20 day old , a few weeks later another engine malfunction, after having the car around 2 months , took it back to the car garage who was rude and said it was a wear and tear fault..and if they had to fix everyone wear and tear they may as well shut shop its hardly my wear and tear after having a car 5 mins yet it has cost me £200,I'd like to think after apparently servicing the car they'd look into sorting any faults after only purchasing 2 month. to find ANOTHER engine malfunction light appear this morning, more hassle to get the car to a trusting /helpful garage . I've never been so let down by a car purchase , I'd recommend if you purchase from affordale cars you take someone along with you know who's their stuff so your not left with bills weeks after purchase. Mot due in 3 weeks can't wait to see how much that's going to destroy the bank !

Recently purchased a BMW 1 Series. The salesman (Dean) was extremely helpful and only too happy to answer, openly and honestly, questions about the car's service history and features/performance and to offer a test drive on an unplanned visit. Deposit was flexible to accommodate finances although no flexibility on the sale price as the vehicle was "priced to sell". Value was in the middle of the range expected for a trade sale. Finalisation of the deal and hand-over of the vehicle was quick and painless. After-sales care was good, with a minor issue being resolved quickly, efficiently and at no extra cost. To date, no further issues with the vehicle and very happy with the ride comfort and performance. All in all, would be happy to recommend Affordable Cars (A19 - Crockey Hill) and deal with them again.

What an amazing dealer, who is honest, not pushy and selling some of the best quality second hand prestige cars I've ever seen. I took a chance and brought my BMW 530d GT without seeing it as I'm located in south Worcestershire. Before I went Dean was giving me confidence in checking the idrive system on the car to ensure there was no issues and in constant contact with me. After taking a 4 hour train journey to collect I was frankly blown away by my car!!! The description given was totally accurate with no issues and 100% worth the journey. To Dean and all the staff at Affordable Cars Yorkshire keep doing what your doing as your doing a grand job and I will certainly be making the long journey again when my BMW needs replacing. To all the new car buyers out there get up to Yorkshire and buy your new car from these guys as you won't be disappointed. PS, I enjoyed my bottle of wine :)) A very very happy customer.
