Bought a vehicle from affordable cars on Colton Lane, I saved up for 2 years to be able to afford the car I wanted. The sales team tell you exacly what you want to hear and are very convincing. I paid cash for my BMW as I were told I'd get a deal if I did! The car had no lights on the dash and no knocks when I test drove it. I picked the car up 2 days later. I had only got home when the oil light and engine management light came on. I rang them as soon as they told me the deal had been done and they couldn't do nothing about this. I took the car back and was very rudely spoken to buy the manager called Tony I think it was?? I was told it was not there problem no more.. I then took the car to BMW and they checked it over and told me it needed over £2000 pounds of work. Turbo, brake pipes, clutch, exhaust had been put up together with some scrap metal??? The list went on. I seriously felt I had been ripped of. I looked into it further and was told all cars come from auction and get put straight on sale without being checked, I was told this shouldn't have past the MOT even though it had only just gone through. I would seriously never ever ever recommend this garage to anyone. And I do hope everyone sees this and thinks against it! If you want a car that is not roadworthy then go ahead but I do hope I have saved people from the bad experience I have had with these rude arrogant all for themselves people.

I Bought a BMW touring which is great, I had a little issue which was resolved immediately and without hesitation. the customer service I received was excellent both in the showroom and from the service department. Paul the head mechanic deserves a mention as he was outstanding and very efficient and kept me informed all the way, A big thank you, I would and will go back when I want to change my car.

very helpful and friendly staff, cars were priced very well so was worth the travel to find the car i wanted even though it was a touch choice due to the amount of cars on site , i was like a kid in a sweet shop lol Many Thanks again for all your help and patience

Not enough room on this page to express my disgust with this garage, I urge to stay clear. I wish I had have seen these reveiws before i bought a car from this garage. Trust what i have said and take note of the other bad reviews.

Bought a car from these people,within 2 days a knocking ensued in front right hand side of car,was told I couldn't take it back to them.They told me to take it to another garage and deal with the problem through the warranty I had to pay extra for. Feel very dissatisfied that I didn't get the after care your supposed to receive from a car dealer, especially within a couple of days of purchase.

Purchased my dream car, took me some time to save so making sure everything was as it should be was so important and I suppose trust takes a big part of that. I took a warranty to give me peace of mind. Maybe my heart ruled my head but either way car has been beautiful so far and I hope to be feeling the same in 12 months and longer

Searching for the right car for three months I feel paid off when I found the good people at Affordable Cars. The level of service is second to none and I am extremely satisfied with my new Range Rover. It was a long way for me to come from Cambridge, however the journey was well worth it.
