Definitely a trustworthy dealership. Purchased a bmw 1 series at the start of November from Paul, who offered peace of mind for all of my concerns regarding the vehicle and quickly sought to rectify a slight issue with the key fob. Brilliant customer service and the car runs beautifully!

I could not recommend this company to anyone. My experience at Affordable Cars Prestige Car Supermarket could not have been much worse, because the Porsche Boxster I purchased turned out to have a number of major faults which did not show up on the short test drive. On the way home from the dealership I found there was no audio working, so the following day they requested I take the car to a local Porsche specialist to look into the audio fault. I asked them to check over the vehicle completely while they had it. Their report was that the car needed a new amplifier, one rear shock absorber was leaking badly and needed replaced, two front stabiliser arms needed replacing as they were worn and the car clunked going over bumps, and finally the air conditioning did not work as it had no gas in it! Total bill for these faults to be fixed was £2927! They offered to pay for the amplifier but all the other work they have stated "is to better the vehicle and not because anything has mechanically failed" so will not pay for the other faults. An independent engineer provided by them inspected the parts and stated that these parts needed replacement. So I am £1600.00 out of pocket. How could you sell a car in your showroom with all these faults? The dealer does not return phone calls or reply to emails regarding this. If you are considering buying from Affordable Cars Prestige Cars Supermarket then my advice would be to look elsewhere. Buyer Beware!!
