Not enough room on this page to express my disgust with this garage, I urge to stay clear. I wish I had have seen these reveiws before i bought a car from this garage. Trust what i have said and take note of the other bad reviews.

The vehicle in question was owned for over 18 months and have covered over 21,000 miles before it developed a fault. As a \Good Will\" gesture. we offered of helping the customer by asking him to bring it in to our service centre so we could do the repair at a discounted rate. When the customer became rude and aggressive. We rescinded our offer of help and let our legal team handle the matter.
Bought a car from these people,within 2 days a knocking ensued in front right hand side of car,was told I couldn't take it back to them.They told me to take it to another garage and deal with the problem through the warranty I had to pay extra for. Feel very dissatisfied that I didn't get the after care your supposed to receive from a car dealer, especially within a couple of days of purchase.

Appalling after sales and customer service care. The vehicle we purchased although old looked ‘clean’ and was sold as a car in good condition, the morning after we got the vehicle home the problems started. Major oil leaks, engine management light permanently on, power loss, rear leaking hydraulics; I could go on (and on and on). Despite on having owned the car for 12 hours, Affordable Cars were not interested and made it clear "we were on our own with this one". We made a successful claim through our credit card company for the £1,500 repair bills to the vehicle paid out in the first 2 months of ownership. Trading Standards were also aware of this dealer and took a case against them due to their bad practises. After 5 months of battling we finally returned the vehicle to Affordable Cars for a partial refund. TERRIBLE, STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE, WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM ANYONE.

Purchased my dream car, took me some time to save so making sure everything was as it should be was so important and I suppose trust takes a big part of that. I took a warranty to give me peace of mind. Maybe my heart ruled my head but either way car has been beautiful so far and I hope to be feeling the same in 12 months and longer
Searching for the right car for three months I feel paid off when I found the good people at Affordable Cars. The level of service is second to none and I am extremely satisfied with my new Range Rover. It was a long way for me to come from Cambridge, however the journey was well worth it. When we first got the car Affordable cars York were good, very attentive etc. However the problems started soon after when 3 weeks later the engine management light came on and there was a fault with the car. At this time we called Affordable cars to let them know, however they didnt want to know and refused to see the car. This is even though we were told pre sale that their was a 3 month warranty on all cars. Very very disappointing and would not recommend anyone to go here

The team at your dealership were friendly and attentive but did not pressure us at all. the salesman, mechanics and valets were very customer focused the vehicle was ready for collection at the stated time Altogether we were very happy with the whole experience! Car was a good price, but i am 99% sure they reset engine management light befor test drive, light came on half an hour after collecting car, they said they would resolve, they did nothing but reset light again, another wasted 2 hours, i had to resove issue myself, i would never recomend these people to anyone.
