If these are ray cars Leicester chap calling him self Adam they are thief's and Scammers brought a car off these during covid lock down they delivered to us in Stoke on trent car should have had a new mot it didn't cost me over £600 to get it through a mot on top off what we already paid them do not buy off this company angry is an understatement
If these anything to do with Ray Cars Leicester, person calling himself Adam. Do not have anything to do with them they are liars and thieves. Advertised mileage was a lie 12 months mot was a lie I paid him to tax the car, he made one payment then cancelled the tax Car broke down first time I drove and has not moved for 3.5 months. I have CCJ out and have instructed Bailiffs, I have informed police and dvsa. nothing yet
I really would not recommend anyone to buy a car from this unprofessional and inconsiderate company. Me and my partner purchased a car from Affordable Used Cars Leicester in July 2016 a couple of days before we were meant to be driving down to Norfolk for a week, from the day we drove off the problems started. The whole description of the car we now realise has been completely falsely advertised, We bought the car to later find out the BMW IDRIVE system doesn't work completely, a punctured tyre (which was supposed to of been replaced before we picked it up) the number plate and the glass in the wing mirror to be hanging off and a broken prop-shaft which caused the whole car to violently vibrate when accelerating any more than 50mph. The next day we took the car back to the garage to explain this vibrating, we then hung around for a whole day to be told the car was drive-able and safe for our 4 hour journey, which of course we were not happy with. In the end after a debate he said he would get the 'prop-shaft' sorted but he would have to have the car for a few days which meant us missing a couple of days of our holiday. cut a story short 4 months later we're back to square 1, with a broken prop-shaft!! After professional advice we have recently found out that the last 'repairs' was a complete bodge job, with not even the correct bolts to hold it together!!! The supposedly repaired prop-shaft could snap and flip the car at any time. We got in contact with the garage to be told the car was fine when we bought it and he would not put a penny towards any costs as he 'barely made any money of the car anyway' So not only are we £1000's down, we've been driving around in an unsafe car putting not only our life's at risk but my partners 6 year old son too. HOW DO THESE SO CALLED 'FAMILY MEN' SLEEP AT NIGHT. I have never in my life been so disgusted with how this company is run.
I would soooo 'NOT' recommend anyone to buy a car from this company. I recently bought a car and had numerous problems with it from day 1. I fear the car now has serious engine trouble and I've only had it 3 and a half months!!!! Asked them to repair at their own cost, but they were not interested. Luckily, I paid for it with my credit card so now using the 'claim-back scheme' protection it offers. My credit card supplier will now be dealing directly with the company on my behalf.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY or QUILTY USED CARS! At the back end of last year, I purchased a car from this company for over £10,000. Three days after purchasing the vehicle, the engine light came on and the vehicles performed dipped. After numerous visits to and from a VW main dealers, the car was finally fully repaired for over £1000. Communication between myself and the company became very vague as soon as they realised the true extent of work that needed to be completed on the vehicle. Although promising to pay for any repair work completed, I have not heard from Jignesh Manani again. I took the matter to a small claims court, which has resulted in a county court judgement against the company. Unfortunately for me, this seems to be usual practice for this business, as the company was dissolved shortly after and re-branded as Quilty Used Cars. Please do not be fooled by this company, as even with a CJJ, you will still be left out of pocket. ******** Details of the case are now being passed onto Trading Standards, Companies House and The DVSA (as the car was also sold with a dodgy MOT!)
DO NOT BUY from this dealer, they sold me a car on the 21 January and the engine failure warning light came on during the drive home! Ignored 3 requests for a call back over the problem, 2 calls, each time being told I'd get a call back "after they had finished dealing with a customer they were with". Then sent an email requesting a call back, which never came. Finally got them to communicate via email but the Director Mr Jignesh Manani was very unhelpful. Basically told me to get a diagnostic test done on the car... But he refused to pay for that.... He then eventually agreed in an email to pay for any repairs needed.... But now will not respond to my request for reimbursement! Cost me nearly £200 in repair work. Seems they have a history of selling faulty cars from the conversations I've had with other unhappy customers. I will be reporting them too Trading Standards as have others.

I would strongly recommend not to buy from this trader. They looked friendly and pollite, after purchasing the car, the car is giving me too many problems, they changed the engine before i took it, the car doesnt start, it's a complete wreck! Waste of money. Do not trust them at all. They are not solving the issues with the car, and they are asking money to fix it, which is unacceptable. They don't give warranty for service and don't refund you for any problem.
Don't use or buy a car from this company, dont believe a word they tell you. I was told they sent log book to DVLA...surpisingly the DVLA have no record of it. Car had a year, MOT got it checked after purchase, cost in excess of £600 to put right. Arthur Daley can't touch this company for the way they do business.
I would strongly recommend you avoid using this company (or Quilty Cars) which trade from same address. They are not trustworthy and they will cost you your hard earned money just like they have me. I bought a car from them and included in the price was a cambelt change and service. They said the work was done but that was not the case. I asked them to provide me with an invoice for the work but that never arrived. Totally unresponsive and unhelpful, avoid like the plague.
I sold my car to Affordable used cars in Leicester in October 2015. I have still not been paid and l am now having to take them to court to get my money they owe me. Do not go to them.
