Purchased car from John Meaney only to find that the warranty would not cover a sudden component failure. John refused to help and it was left to the staff at Portadown Audi to help out. Service advisor calledJohn also was very helpful. I will never visit Autostore again.
Took delivery of a new car recently . Excellent deal combined with the usual high standards of service from manager Stephen , Philip and Shane . Have been with Agnews for over 20 years for very good reasons and have recommended them to family and friends many times .

Now purchased our eight car from here. Love the service, the personal touch, the staff are really professional and every car we have bought, we aren`t forced to feel that we are getting a good deal...we are getting a good dea. I wanted a Seat Leon X-Perience but there are few on the ground. The team at Agnew Autoexchange found me one from Seat UK and brought it to Belfast. Each member of the team was professional, but also friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend Agnew Autoexchange.

I called into Agnew Auto Exchange to look at a Mercedes E300 Hybrid. On the forecourt the driver's door wouldn't open and the sat nav was inoperable. I was told this would be fixed and then I could have a test drive. I was interested in the car so ai said that was fine. One week later I telephoned to find out hat was happening and Scott told me 'I think it might be sold to someone who said they'd take it as it is...not sure'. That was a waste of my time and interest. I wouldn't go back to Agnew Autoexchange and I wouldn't recommend to friends.
Excellent aftercare from the service department at Agnew Autoexchange. Mark and David, two very helpful lads who have been great with myself. Wayne and Stephen gave me a very good deal which other dealers couldnt do. From when you walk in its warm and friendly and I will be back again when I decide to upgrade. Thanks to all at Agnews.
