I've seen some bad reviews on here, but all I can say is, they were very helpful to us. We had problems with a document,(not their fault) They went out of their to sort it, and we happily drove away in our "new car" So thanks guys!
This is the most unprofessional dealership I have ever come across. Keep in mind I am from London so the travel to Liverpool was over 5hours. I called aintree garages 3 weeks ago and put a deposit over the phone only to get a call back after 10 minutes saying it’s been sold the following Monday I found another car and you guessed it that has also been sold so why are cars still advertised after being sold unless they intend on keeping the deposit they should have handled this matter swiftly but instead make excuses that they’re payroll/accountant didn’t come to work for the week and that she done it on the Saturday so it won’t reach my account till next Friday latest it’s now the following Saturday they are not replying to my emails I work a lot so I can’t keep calling in now I have to hire legal aid in order to get back my money DO NOT do business with aintree garages

I purchased a car here after seeing it on their website. Chris handled the sale from start to finish. Was so reassuring as i had a terrible experience buying private which resulted in me loosing money and leaving me with driving anxiety due to the car being faulty. Chris reassured me throughout and i have now a 12 month warranty - so no mechanical worries! The garage is RAC approved so it does give you that reassurance. Great deal on the car i got. Was so easy. Wish i would have come here first. Would recommend and will be coming back in the future. Why go anywhere when you have everything in one here. Thank you, i'm made up. Xx

I bought a car last year from AintreeGarages, unfortunately with tears in my eyes I had to sell my lovely Samax this year because I did not use too much. I am very grateful to Barry, Mark and others help. AintreeGarage is like a higher ‘shelf’and I recommend it to everyone. They offer warranty and post warranty service. I realised that when you buy , you could overpay a bit, but when you sell, you get a good price in return. Payment for the car on the same day. I hope to use their services again in the future. big thanks to Barry ,Mark and Carl for their help in buying our Mondeo ,service was first class from start to finish even lent us a courtesy car (which they didnt have to do) we ve bought cars before from main dealers an they dont do that to these lads it wasnt an issue ,highly recommend you use Aintree Garages

I have to say this is my 2nd time buying a car from Barry and mark at Aintree Garages couldn't fault it very efficient no problems at all I would recommend them if you need a car go check them out theres no power sales you look choose a car they do the rest
