From start to finish the team at AJ Trade Cars Ltd were fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I am very fussy and after countless trips to dealerships where I looked at car after car where they were advertised as being in good condition, only to view the car and it be the total opposite and to then be told by a salesmen ‘it’s a used car’ I thought I would never find what I wanted!! So it was like a dream come true when I visited Zak and the team. The car was flawless and the customer service was out standing, I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. So I passed my driving test in march 2017, and was eager to buy a car. My parents always said that my first car had to be the right one. I found my mini on auto trader with AJ Trade cars and i have to say it has been one of the best decisions I have made purchasing my car from them. From start to finish, they dealt with my endless phone calls and queries before purchasing, they were friendly and polite and extremely professional. Yesterday I had a service done, expecting to pick up the car in the condition I left it in, which embarrassingly was dirty from my motorway driving, but upon collection, my mini was beautifully cleaned inside and out, straight away I messaged the owner to express my gratitude, but this is the exceptional customer care and service that these guys give.
