Alan himself served me and was completely honest about the type of bike i was looking to ride. I am of a rather tall stature and he directed me straight to bikes that would suit me rather than try to sell me the bike which would make him most money. Great service from all the staff and allowed me to take the bike away there and then after a quick top up service. Will happily return to Alan for future purchases.
I spoke to Alan himself and arranged to drive from Dumfries to Kirkcaldy to buy a bike. In my excitement over the bike I forgot to leave a deposit. Half an hour before we would have arrived I got a call from one of Alan's staff, not Alan, to say the bike was sold. No call before they sold it to ask for a deposit. Wen they KNEW we were already en route.
