After many days looking and traveling to cars, being let down and just plain disappointed with lack of service and miss leading adverts. It was a pleasure going to Alan tully's car was in my opinion was not as described it was better! The the guys working there were a professional and knowledgeable outfit. I haven't bought a car from this dealership, although I have e-mailed them twice to inquire about a car on the website both times leaving my number and asking them to call me, as yet NO call back. Perhaps they're really busy or think I'm a tyre kicker, they couldn't be more wrong, I'm a genuine customer with cash in my pocket. Having spent all that money on advertising its amazing they don't respond. Someone needs to check they're email more. Anyway I'm going to give it one more go but I doesn't give me confidence in them if they can't reply to some one who's looking to spend money, what level of response I could expect if I had a problem after the sale.
