I had previously spoken to Alan the night before regarding a white mini D. for my daughter advertised as "This Mini Looks 30K, Drives Superb And Will Not Disappoint You". We provisionally agreed a price and agreed for us to inspect the vehicle the following day. Away we went on our 200 miles round trip to find argh!! cream with none colour coded body panels, broken air intake pipes, polka dot roof and bonnet caused by bird excrement and tree droppings. The warning lights worked they didn't go off and the car begged us for a service. The belts were that tired they squeaked at us and even after all this we still took the mini for a test drive and despite all its ailments the car performed admirably. Now the serious bit, taken everything into consideration and speaking with my daughter who at this point had fallen head over heals with this car (women) we decided to go ahead with the purchase....and now the bad point. Alan is not a man of his word and the price increased overnight by 1K. We left with a blubbering daughter and the journey took twice as long to return home as we had numerous stops at various garages trying to pacify her. Many thanks.

Don't like dealing with car dealers couple of bad experiences from past, but checked out Alan Tully cars as they had good reviews bought a mondeo had it checked out by a mechanic and they were fine about it car had a fault took it back and they sorted it straight away, also rang me when spare key and old mots and paperwork was delivered to them,very friendly people and no pressure to buy exellent service the car was as described,I would certainly recommend them they have some very nice cars, I will defiantly go back there first before I buy a car from anywhere else,check them out worth a look

An honest car dealership, they were friendly guys who have been in the business a long time. They left me to go over the car for as long as I wanted and weren't at all pushy. I would recommend them for a good used car.

Purchased a 2010 Vauxhall Corsa EcoFlex (S) from Alan Tully Cars. Traded in my car at an agreed price. All the staff I found to be friendly and not pushy at all. I had my own personal reservations which I explained to them and they true to their words in reassuring me. I had the vehicle checked independently and there were some minor faults which they put right without any quibble at all. The vehicle had evidence of some lettering which they agreed was unacceptable and promptly booked it in to be resprayed and gave me the use of a courtesy car while the work was carried out. All at no expense to me. Somehow it missed being valeted before delivery, they said that I should have mentioned this and they would have had it valeted as they do all their cars. Overall I was really pleased to do business with Alan Tully Cars. They are true to their word, professional, polite, informative and treat you with courtesy and respect. Thank you to all the staff. Positive experience all round with this dealer and a fair part exchange price on my vehicle. Had the boot interior light and drivers side electric mirror fixed before the collection date also for no extra cost.. A week after collection the rear offside brake dust cover unfortunately corroded (wear and tear) and fell off but with easy communication Alan covered the full cost of the replacement at a local trusted garage within a week, which is more than I can say any other motor trader has done that I've purchased a vehicle from. All in all, a very good purchase from a reliable trader. Thanks!
