Alan Tully cars is a very helpful and friendly team/family run business.I brought a mondeo Titanium x from them.Very friendly and helpful when i phoned them about the car.As i lived 90 miles away they made me fell good about travelling so far to check out the car.The mondeo was totally as they had explained to me on the phone and looked as good if not better than the photos.When i arrived to check out the car they just gave me the keys and left me to check out the car with no hassel or hard selling at any point.I took the car for a test drive.Could not believe how great the car was to drive.Very clean inside and out and with the friendly and helpful staff made it such an easy choice to buy the car.I highly recommend Alan Tully cars.I also will not have any problems travelling 90 miles again to buy my next car or send friends and family to there car dealership evertime.I have had a few problems with the car.Yet again Alan and his son Joe have been so helpful and have put the problems right as soon as possible which can you really say that about other dealerships.I know i have had alot of cars over the years and when i have had problems the dealerships have not wanted to know fobed me off and not been very helpful.Alan Tully cars are a first for me that have treated me with great help truth and service.Hope reading this it will take all worry out of your mind in buying a car from them.Thank you so much for all your help and for selling me the car that is a dream to own and drive every day.Thank you Alan Joe and all the staff at Alan Tully cars.

I recently bought a mini from Alan Tully and I would really recommend them. Great service, happy with the price I paid for the car. They were nothing but helpful and polite - not pushy in the slightest. I also had a problem with the air con and cigarette lighter a week after I bought the car, I rung them up, brought the car over and they sorted it out for me straight away. Great service. I have bought MANY cars over the years and have a justified dislike of car salesmen,but Joe wasn't the usual clean-cut, anorak wearing ,shifty,not to be trusted, gift of the gab type. He won't rip you off,won't undervalue your trade-in,and won't be your new best friend until he has raided your bank account,and then move on to the next punter. I found Joe to be proffesional and honest. He has a great stock of quality used cars at real prices. I bought a 6 year old car from Joe,and it looks and drives like it's straight out of the box and whats more,he gave me a GREAT trade-in price on my own car.Minor imperfections which I spotted when viewing the car were sorted no problem. Having scanned auto trader for many weeks I finally came across a perfect car. I contact Alan who quickly obliged a viewing. The car was in great condition and low mileage and exactly as described, but the wheels needed a little attention. As it happened the car was already in with the wheel refurbishment team - so you can imagine that they looked fantastic when I picked the car up. During a test drive I noticed that there was an electrical fault with two of the window switches (worked at each door but not driver side), but yet again that was no trouble and Alan and his team had it all sorted when I came to pickup as promised. Alan, Anthony and Joe were all extremely helpful. Very friendly, very relaxed. No hard sell. Their main focus was that of keeping customers happy. I saw that first hand with other prospective customers during my own visits. Having looked around their showroom, I was surprised at the great selection of quality, exceptional priced cars. Shame my own circumstances didn't allow me to get a 2 seater as they had some beauties. I will definitely return to Alan for other cars in the future without question and would have no hesitation recommending to friends and family. Bought an 05 Chrysler Crossfire from Alan, the car was exactly as described on-line, my wife and I found Alan very honest and straightforward, and the whole buying process was enjoyable, Alan even sorted out taxing the vehicle so i could drive it home legally, this was our first visit to Allan Tully Cars but i would definitely use them again.

Kept his word, sorted minor problems with the car as agreed. Happy with both the car and level of service. I'd go there again (but hopefully not for a while!)
