Flawless throughout. Excellent communication during the pre sales phase and on the day of purchase with Andy. The most notable piece of the experience was during after sales. The radio on my BMW wasn’t performing as expected. The dealership found a garage local to me and footed the bill to ensure I was looked after. This was all dealt with swiftly and was not stressful for me. I couldn’t recommend Alan Tully cars highly enough and will certainly be using them again when I look for my next car.

I recently bought a car from Alan Tully cars and coming from quite a distance I couldn’t fault the service I received from them, from viewing to buying the car they were superb. I give them a top five stars. Keep up the good work guys and I wouldn’t hesitate to use you again in the future.

Having purchased a car from them in April 2021i was relatively pleased with the service. Before i collected the vehicle i explained to the dealer that we will be financing the vehicle using an outside source, we were then told by Harry that he could match the rate we were getting and it would be quicker and easier for him to sort out. I explained to him that we wanted to finance the car over 48 months to keep the payments low as it was a car for one of our sales reps and then after a year we would part exchange it and settle the finance as this is what we always do as our reps do approximately 45,000 miles per year . I asked him how the interest was charged and he said on a daily basis and that it wasn't front loaded. so i thought that's ok and we proceeded with the purchase. We went down to collect the car a couple of days later and it was all very rushed. When my wife signed the finance forms and we noticed there was a £340 acceptance fee which was never explained to us. We let it go as we had travelled a long way and just wanted to collect the car. We also noticed there was no APR on the finance form and we questioned this only to be told that it was 9.9% APR. This was a blatant lie from Harry as we found out yesterday the following information. Because it was a car being bought through our company it was an unregulated Agreement and they did not have to disclose the APR on the agreement which i find very strange. Secondly they have front loaded the interest and we have payed over £1700 interest in 14 months on a £7500 purchase. HARRY did not explain any of this to us and as far as i am concerned both he and Close Brothers Finance have not disclosed the true content of our agreement. So our settlement figure is £6400 and we have payed over £2600 in 14 months on our direct debit. Had Harry been truthful with us we would not of purchased it through Close Brothers Finance and arranged it ourselves. My advice to any potential customer wanting to purchase a car through Alan Tully cars on finance that you get the correct information from them regarding the finance because we certainly didn't and have been well and truly mislead and basically ripped off. I would also like to add that i'm still waiting for a call back from Harry which is now 7 weeks old. We are now taking legal advice and registering a complaint with the FCA with regards to how we were sold this finance for the vehicle and Harry should be ashamed of himself for the way in which he lied to us and has himself admitted on the last time i spoke with him that it should of been 9.9APR and the interest should not of been front loaded.
