Traded my juke in for a qhasqui to find it shook everything mirrors bonnet seats pedals doorcards etc so took it back to get juke back at a cost of £823 To me and they either threw away juke car mats or kept them would not recommend or use Alex Scott Car Sales in Cramlington again.
In May I purchased a Ford Titanium from Alex Scott Car Sales. The service was excellent they were really helpful and friendly and The car was very nice and clean and just what I was expecting when I got it. The only issue I have had with the car is that one of the seat belts is broken but that's not a big issue wont be much to fix it. I would recommend this dealership.

Bought a 3 year old ex motability car at a good price. Very helpful sales staff, not at all pushy. Had a couple of issues after I bought it but these were sorted straight away without any hassle at all. Overall a very good experience.
Seen the ad in auto trader. Rang and spoke to Gary he offered to drive the car to my parents home in Sunderland 25 miles way which I thought was excellent. Viewed vehicle, Gary offered a decent trade in price for my Focus, £600 more then Evans Halshaw had offered. Also Gary changed some scratched interior trim, nothing too much bother. Collected the car last week, car advertised as NTEC 360 but car was NTEC, but these things happen! Lovely car to drive, since driving 200 mile found couple minor problems which garage wouldn't have known about beforehand. Rang Gary to explain, picking car up next week to sort these. Excellent service.
I have used Alex Scott Car Sales in Cramilington a few times now so coulnt not leave a review having come across this site. The man who looks after us was just great, been in the past and went back again for my latest Ford KA, at all times hes helpful, no pressure, makes everything easy. Never have any problems with his cars or service. Really is a great place to go and would recommend to all car buyers to go and see him. I personally cant speak highly enough of them

Last month i purchased a BMW 320 car from Alex Scott cars and let me tell you it was better than was described, lots better which is why im sharing this review with you! Basically, they way they advertised the car, the car was of a higher spec than advertised so i got a really good deal with it, less mileage as advertised. Had a multi changer CD player, advert undersold it so went above my expectations. We have done some long drives too and its been great. Its so good to get such a good deal, me and my wife would definitely recommend them

I dealt with Kevin the sales manager who was a pleasure to deal with, honest & truthful is what you want when buying a used car not the del boy types. I only had 1 complaint with the Parcel Shelf Being Missing and he is trying to source 1 for me Would definitely recommend this dealer great cars great value

I dealt with the sales manager Kevin who was great a real pleasure and a real gentleman who was very professional and very helpful kept me informed all the way with my new car. Gave me a excellent price for trade in also the car I got was first class. All I can say i will never go any where else now thanks a lot Alex Scott team but a very big thanks you to Kevin
