I was looking for a car a while and came across a wondaful looking Mini Countryman advertised at Alexander Daniel and Co, I had to take a closer look! I loved it from the moment I saw it, it was super clean and beautifully presented, they couldn't of done a better job at valeting it. The lovely chap I dealt with managed the process brilliantly, he was so polite, had such a good manner about himself, he was,,, amazing. Everything was explained so clearly, we talked through everything and the sale was made easy, this dealership is so accommodating, welcoming and have great facilities in the dealership, they also offer test drives! A faultless service!

I came down to Alexander Daniel and Co to purchase my amazing VW Golf, I am loving it to say the least! I love every moment of being behind the wheel, it's incredible. I still have the new car feeling. I can't fault this fantastic place in the slightest and I won't be giving them anything other than top marks because the service they provided was such high end customer service. I would highly recommend Alexander Daniel and Co to anyone on the market for a new car! Alex brings personalisation and thoughtfulness to what he does, as a customer I felt like he really listened to my needs/wants. I would consider myself to be quite an easy customer when it comes to car purchasing, I don't need a big sales pitch to convince me just plain honesty and that is exactly what I got from Alex! His customer service was brilliant in general, he was transparent and honest about the cars history and explained clearly all the paperwork he had for me. The Jag is running great and just as it was sold to me. For all these reasons Alexander Daniel and Co are more than deserving of five stars.

In my time I have bought many cars, including from main dealerships and nobody has ever treated me as well as Alex. The purchasing process was really smooth and efficient. Unfortunately after the sale I ran into some issues with the car but I genuinely feel like this isn't down to any fault of Alexander Daniel & Co, there would have been no way for them to have known. They addressed these issues at my earliest convenience and kept the car a week to make sure everything was in perfect working order. Since then the car has been nothing but a dream. I would rate five stars with out a doubt and I wish everyone was like Alex.

I cannot fault how the sale of my Grand Scenic was handled, Alex is a fantastic bloke who is really easy to get along with. He didn't make me feel pushed or rushed and let me take my time with the car. I would definately return and rate a full five stars!

No issues to report with my Mini, the car drives as expected and is just what I wanted looks-wise! The gentlemen at Alexander Daniel & Co was polite and knowledgeable about the car. The Car itself was well presented, very clean and tidy!

I am so happy with Alexander Daniel & Co, they were lovely chaps to deal with and I ran into no issues with them. I haven't had a single issue with my car either so the clearly take their time sourcing and preparing the cars. No one is perfect but these guys are close so I would rate them 4/5!

A very good dealership that sells a wide verity of great cars. We got our Mercedes-Benz SLK from here and not looked back since. No complaints what so ever. We highly recommend.
