I have always wanted a Ford Ranger, it was just finding one in good condition for a good price and that is exactly why I went to Alexander Daniel and co... the best dealership around in my opinion. Many other peoples opinions too after reading through all of the tremendous reviews! The Ranger is absolutely perfect, 100% everything I have ever wanted and dreamed of. Its the size of the Ranger I like and the comfort of the drive, plus I like being higher up on the roads. I would never not recommend this perfect little dealership, I will forever be singing their praises for all the help and kindness they give me during the short time I spent there. Absolutely nothing but a big fat 5 stars across the board! Thank you for making a dream come true!

Better than any experience I have had before! Very reliable and trust worthy! The sales advisor dealing with me picked me up from the hire car place at Manchester airport which I very much appreciated. These guys really went out of there way for me to have the best service there is out there! There was no pressure in the slightest and every bit of the sale was easy and smooth, none of the normal pushy salesman🐂💩! I can honestly say I've never known a transaction to be so easy and quick! I can not say a bad thing about these guys. Spot on if you ask me.

I am over the moon with the service I cant stop recommending to everyone who tells me they are in need of a car. Not a bad thing I guess! It was a perfect experience down at the dealership with the brilliant members of staff they have representing the dealership. The car was prepared as expected and was on time with everything. A 5 star experience that I can not fault at all! I highly recommend and wouldn't think twice about using again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience down at Alexander Daniel & Co! It was great from start to finish, I cannot fault it! The car was as described and looked just as good as it did on the pictures, if not better! I have no issues with the Skoda Superb! From start to finish, Alex was so helpful with the purchase of my Mitsubishi Warrior. We traveled up from the Cotswolds to view the vehicle. After taking it for a test drive, I new it was the truck for me. Alex let me put a deposit down and then I got the train back a few days later. Alex personally picked me and my partner up from the train station and gave us a lift back to his show room to collect my new vehicle. I could not have asked for a more helpful and informative service. In fact, my partner is now looking at buying her new car from him as well! Exceptional service and would highly recommend!

Alex was very helpful during and after the purchase of our Kuga - We did have a niggle with the car after the purchase but he did all he could to try and get this right for us and was very nice in the process! In spite of this I would still rate the garage very highly at four stars. I would also recommend them too.

You bought your Kuga from us. At the time you did a test drive and neither of us noticed any marks on the windscreen. A week after you purchased it, you brought it back to us as you had spotted a small, superficial, scratch on the windscreen. We did our best to help and were pleased that we were able to repair the scratch to the extent that it was barely visable. We are glad to hear that you were happy with our after-sales service and would also recommend us to others. I found the overall process and experience with Alexander Daniel and Co to be very good indeed. There is no constructive criticism or feedback I could give for them to improve upon! The Mercedes I bought is a brilliant car, just what I was looking for in fact. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Do you know what I have never had such professional service while buying a car before, the team at Alexander Daniel & Co are excellent. I am in sales myself so I know exactly what to look for when it comes to customer service and these guys are getting it right! Absolutely deserving of five stars.
