From the moment we rang in to book our Saab in for its service and MOT Lindsey Huitson and Lisa Thwaites made everything easy . From ensuring a courtesy car was available to sorting out a Saab spare part .They are a great asset to Alexanders .

Absolutely fantastic do deal with. Having had loads of cars from different dealerships throughout England, Wales and Scotland, this one definitely stands out. Amazing customer service, no pressure sale, you're welcome to have a look and take your time. Top notch communications throughout the whole sale, with very accommodating methods. Not only amazing customer service pre-sale, but post sale as well. As I set off from the dealership and went home (6 hours journey), noticed a little niggle with the car and called them straightaway. They followed up every day, accommodated and liaised with my local Alfa dealer and made sure the problem was solved to my absolute satisfaction. Amazing place, well recommend and top marks to David K. from the dealership who absolutely knows his Alfa stuff and has the patient of a saint. Thanks again everybody, keep up the good work! Most places can learn a lot from you.

I have used this dealer for a while now to service my cars. Top class service.
very professional.
I have bought 2 cars new in the past but probably wont again as the last time I asked for a trade in deal it was terrible. I bought my last new car on Carwow from a dealer in Derby and save £4000 with the extra I picked and trade in price (car unseen).
I have had a recent warranty job done here and again top class service.

I took my Giulia into Alexanders Teesside for a service and recall work. They were efficient, professional and everything was completed earlier than expected. Their coronavirus precautions were well thought out. I now wouldn't go anywhere else with my Alfa and would recommend them highly.

A really well organised and friendly team. Kept informed as I waited for the work to be carried out. Detailed invoice explained to me and the vehicle washed. A really good experience.
