I have had a very good experience overall purchasing my Ford Fiesta from Alistair Buchan. It's a great car. It was immaculate when I received it and up to now I have had no issues with it other than having to put some oil in it it. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Alistair Buchan really went the extra mile, the BMW I bought needed a software update and the dealership sent it away to BMW to be done whilst I was away, I came back early and the car wasn't back yet so they went out of their way to get me a courtesy car so I wouldn't be off the road, they didn't have to do it but they did and for me that shows great aftercare. I would definitely go back again for my next car.

Bought a used car from the salesman David at Alistair Buchan, found him very helpful. We had a vibration issue when driving car home and it was found to be a slightly buckled wheel, which was not picked up on before sale as the deformation was very small. David called up the main dealer for a replacement alloy without any hesitation and problem was corrected straight away. Would recommend Alistair Buchan, excellent customer service which is very rare these days.
From start to finish the quality of service was excellent. David Brown was an absolute pleasure to do business with. He was professional, informative, friendly and extremely helpful when dealing with any questions or enquiries throughout the purchase of my new vehicle. The after sales care was equally as excellent. I would highly recommend anyone to buy a car from this dealership.
