Awful despite being 'checked' car was not in a road legal condition. Within a week of purchase problems started to arise. All Sorts Motor Company refused to fix the problem.
Just bought a BMW x6 from all sorts motor company.must say what a great service I received there, no issues with the car and they were more than helpful, when I told them that I would be using the car for towing they got good prices for having it fitted.i also mentioned that I would put private plates on. When I picked the car up there were 3 new number plates made for me, 2 for the car and 1 for the caravan , with no extra charge. Little things like that goes a long way. It just goes to show that if you take notice of bad reviews you could end up being the loser. A GREAT PROFESIONAL SERVICE.✴✴✴✴✴ Will use them again.

This has to be a fake review. A leopard does not change its spots. Trust the negative reviews. Anyone who is reading this and is considering buying a car from this company, Walk away. Anyone who has bought a car from this company and you are experiencing problems, check your statutory rights for the time you have to request a full refund. This companies business model is to run down the time (by pretending to be reasonably repairing your car) so they run down the clock and the full refund duration expires. Took these cowboys to court and won.
Wouldn't advise anyone to buy a vehicle from All Sorts Motor Company, very poor service, staff are very rude!

Why people still buy cars from here is beyond me. They are archetypal crooked used car sales, sickening in fact. Stay away people don't hand them your money. Let the other reviews serve as a warning. I bought a shogun sport from them for £5000 and it was rotten, took it on a test drive with smarmy mitch but was told to take it back to the sales after a short test drive so it wouldn't got fully warm to notice the rattling noise in the engine. After taking it to my mechanic (who's an MOT inspection garage) he looked underneath and gave me the gut wrenching news that there was huge holes in the chassis, it was rotten as a peach MOT failure with numerous faults but came with over 11 month MOT when I bought it??? Everything was rusted and rotten, the spare wheel could just crumble. He told me to get rid asap and I lost £3200 on that car in the matter of months I don't know what came over me buying from them but i take it as a huge life lesson learned and would never be done like that again. Take heed to this and dont even step foot in this place please.
DO NOT USE ALL SORTS MOTOR COMPANY. Read on to see my reasons. I was so annoyed that I seriously considered standing on the pavement and talking to potential buyers for a day. Their "customer care" is crap and their 3 month warranty not worth botheirng with. We purchased a car in October. It didn't warm up on the test drive but seemed otherwise ok. They covered this under the warranty and we collected a week later. The guy we dealt with was helpful and collected me from the station. All seemed good. The car still didn't warm up properly and I found an oil leak. Back it went. Another week with them in their workshop. Car returned, still didn't warm up properly, typically 7 or 8 miles for a 2 litre diesel. Still leaked oil. I suggested they arrange a day when I could drop it in and collect in the evening. Not possible apparently because the workshop don't do that. Then they agreed that if I could bring it in they would do it asap. I dropped it off early on a Wednesday morning. Each time I called I was told they would "Give me a tinkle when it's ready". On the Friday I rang and got what I thought was a commitment to pick up on Saturday morning. Turned out it "wasn't quite ready". I hung around in town for a couple of hours and returned. Still no car. It was nbow clear that it hadn't even been looked at until I created holy s**t that morning. I was working away that week so we had to borrow a car for my wife to get to work. AllSortsMotorCo didn't have anything I could borrow because the boss was away on holiday with the only courtesy car!!!!! Apparently. It wasn't ready for collection until the following Thursday. I collected it in the dark and only on the Saturday did I realise that the rear tyre had been off the rim for some reason, tyre seal all over the tyre proved that. Also, a seam under the car was bent where it had been jacked improperly. I give them one start because there is no zero starts option.

Avoid All Sorts Motor Company, cowboys of the highest order. Cars are riddled with issues. Just Google the company and owner before buying.
Went to see a Renault Clio at All Sorts Motor Company and as car was inside show room and blocked in wirh other cars we left and called them to book a test drive for the Saturday ( when we hoped we would buy the car). Got there on Saturday for the car to be in the same position or had been before and wouldn't have been able to be taken out for a test drive unless at least 4 cars were moved before. we were angry to start with as this was the whole reason for our visit. When we started asking about a test drive the Salesmen avoided answering the question as to why it wasn't ready-despite them also ringing that morning to let them know we were still coming. On our previous visit we noticed the alloys were HUGELY damaged , scraped and scratched. Salesman had recommended a place IN Bridgend where we are from and said they would look like new. Before visiting on the Saturday we for a quote for the 2 alloys and or would have been £100 each wheel, so we tried to get 200 off the car to make up for what we would have to pay for it. Salesman refused and reduction and when we question why they got very rude, then another car salesman got involved, also very rude. I suddenly changed my mind and said no I'll leave it then and walked out. Salesman acted very sheepish. So disappointed that they didn't prepare the car for a test drive and judging by some of these reviews it seems there is a reason why they don't want you to try the car first....

Hi there. Sorry to read your bad experience with these cowboys. Iv had the same bad experience from them back in March, I wrote a bad review because they did not seem interested. I was loosing oil so they had the car back and said it was fixed but a month after, my oil was completely empty again. I read these reviews and said I wanted to bring the car back as I was still in my 3 month warranty. Basically, they were so rude and it was an hours drive away so I went to other garages to see if I could resolve the problem. 9 months on, my engine has packed in. I broke down Sunday and the oil problem was all to do with a crack in the engine so this is where my oil was going.... it’s a £2000 job I’m furious. I’m going to go to trading standards and really try and get something done about them. They can’t treat people this way. 😡😡
I had no choice but to award All Sorts Motor Company 1star and that’s 1star way to many. Please avoid and don’t get screwed over like we have. I brought a Volvo from this lot with compensation money I got from having my car written off buy a drunk driver I had this car not even 48hrs and the gearbox had gone. Had this car 14 weeks so far because they don’t want to spend on a new gearbox so he’s tried swings and roundabouts even brought another Volvo to get the gearbox off that obviously that was the wrong one and still havnt got the car. They even asked me to have a look at breakers yards ebay gumtree to look for my own car part. Service is diabolical they hang up on u and even tell people if we ring to hang up on us? What kind of “car sales” are you?

All sorts motor company are helpful at first but once car was purchased wasn't at all interest with fixing faults the vehicle had which should have failed the new MOT they arranged. We had the vehicle inspected by a professional mechanic who identified that it appeared to have been resprayed which hadn't been mentioned by the dealer. They also provided no details with regards to the 3 month warranty they said the car would be provided with or the pre-delivery check supposedly carried out before handing the keys over. Very disappointing service!
Bought my lovely BMW off of All Sorts Motor Company in January this and have been totally happy with ever since. Mark was great and made buying a car easy. Glad I made my own decision about buying from here.
