Can't believe these are still trading. We bought a 'death trap' of a car as quoted by an independent inspector who advised us never to drive it again. Had to be taken back on a tow truck the day after we bought it and thats where we lwgt it. Please listen to the negative responses to this company as I assure you they are all true. I do believe there have been some customers who have been lucky enough and had a decent car but our experience with them was horrendous. Still got the video evidence of the aggression of the sales man when we complained. Eventually won our case and had our money back after they decided that they didn't want to go to court. Think the owner has been there a few times before.

Hi, I am responding to this review in regards to my car, as I have had the same thing happened with my car bought from them in March, and my gear/transfer box basically fell off while I was driving it. I'd love to get in contact with you for some advice.

Bought Ford Kuga from this garage.Paid 6 grand only to discover when i got home boot and all footwells all soaking wet.Contacted garage to get told due to the valet.Car was dirty so i disputed this.After making numerous calls to them none received as they just want you to go away they agreed to collect car as i live in plymouth.They then took car back to there garage for inspection a week later there solicator contacted me saying cars being returned no issues with leaks etc so i emailed pictures showing how dirty and wet the car was and told them i would pay for a inspection in plymouth when car was returned.Surprise Surprise they keep hold of the car and said they would get the car inspected themselfs by a ford dealer.2 weeks later after more unreturned phone calls they yet again told me car had no issues.In the mean time i contacted the Ford Garage they said was dealing with the inspection and i spoke to the person who looked at the car and he informed me that there where issues with water getting in from boot and rear boot window.The agreement i had with allsorts was money back if damage wasnt caused from valet.So allsortmotors where repairing the car whilst all they where supposed to do was inspect.I had to travel to get the car back i had the keys chucked at me and got told to leave .I got the car home and changed all the wet felt and cleaned the car myself.Yes they repaired the leaks but lied about doing this. Would not Trade with these people they are only interested in your money stay away.

Mr sharrock we had the vehicle inspected by 2 independent garage both of whom couldn't not find the fault you claimed was there. You were given written proof of this and were given the opportunity to have the car checked yourself. You chose not to do this. Had there been any issue we would have rectified it.

As Allsorts stated in there response yes they did have 2 inspections on the car.But i only got one report which wasn't a inspection was just a headed letter.Which i claimed false hence them keeping my car for yet another 2 weeks to have 2nd inspection in which they wouldn't give me results as done by proper Ford inspector.My dispute with this dealer was that i would get my Money back had a fault be found no repairs to be carried out.They where clearly repairing car so i couldn't get my money back.Ford Aberdare did the inspection on this car but as a favour so wouldn't back up what was said to me over a telephone conversation hence myself having to accept matters.I stand by my word all above information is correct i have no reason to slate this dealer other then the way i was treated.Had we agreed on repairs in the first place then this matter would have been resolved but i was told money back.Ive had to replace all felt and have car cleaned myself with no part refund or a sorry.
Absolutely awfull place. The manager is very rude. Bought a white Peugeot and had nothing but problems. The manager doesn’t want to know even though I have 3 months warranty... I’d advise no one to visit this place!!!!

You contacted us and were asked to bring the vehicle in so we could get it checked over. Unfortunately we could not do this on the same day contacted us.. as yet you have not brought the vehicle in. How can we investigate a reported fault if we don't have the car?
Bought a Ford Fiesta from this garage, week later trouble with the gear box, awful customer service if you can call it that! I'd Stay away from this garage, unless your happy spending good money on what seems to be utter rubbish!

You contacted us to say you had an issue and were asked to bring the vehicle in for us to inspect. After having 2 independent garages look at the car and driving it ourselves no issue with the gearbox could be found.
Bought car. Day 1 power steering failed. Garage took car back and week later returned it, apparently having fixed the problem. Day after car was returned, power steering failed again. Car was returned to garage. Garage refused a refund and only offer they made was for me to swap the car for a less expensive one, which I didn’t want to do. Ended up going to court and winning. Got awarded refund for car and my losses. It took 314 days from day of purchase to get my money back. My advice, is STAY AWAY from this garage.

Avoid All Sorts Motor Company like the plague the plague is easier to deal with than this company. Will be contacting trading standards.
Don't even step on the forecourt. Pushy salesmen. Vehicle I bought from them last year for good money turned out to be a pile of junk. It had a 11 month MOT?? but rusted underneath holes in chassis, spare wheel you could crumble and a noise in the engine. Not even worth half of what I paid for it. I kick myself everyday for handing over that money. Listen to the bad reviews they are true. They've been on tv in the past.

Bought a car from these guys last year and it has been great. Bought a 14 plate Renault clio in August and part exchanged my old car with them. Very happy with the service and with the cars. Lots of things said about this garage but they really are superb. Will definitely go back myself and recommend to others.
Bought car off these guys in March and couldn't be happier. Great service and aftersales, I wouldn't believe half the things people write after having dealt with this garage myself. Definitely recommending.
