I recently purchased a Red Audi TT convertible, found it online and went to view it. Mitch was very polite & helpful, I fell in love with the car & paid a deposit, the following week I picked up the car, it had a new MOT & had been serviced. It had some advisories on the MOT which the garage had resolved, I am more than happy with the car, it is amazing, The customer service I received from Mitch, Evan & another salesman was excellent. I part exchanged my old car & they were very accommodating. I will have no hesitation in recommending this garage to others, which I have already done,& they will be my first choice when I decide to purchase a new car. Other car sales should take a page out of their book.

Last summer I purchased a 4+4 from all sorts I took it back twice because of coolant leaks turned out to be head gasket they after repeated calls and the fact it was under warranty agreed to get it fixed after being without the car for two weeks it was done but not as straight forward because garage it was taken to had damaged the piston liners which meant again it had to be stripped down and rebuilt after yet another two week wait it seemed to be okay until this week had a problem with exhaust rubbing against prop shaft when my trusted garage investigated the problem they called me to come to the garage to show me problem I was horrified to see that engine had dropped two inches and was sitting on the sub frame the reason for this was because the engine mounting bolts securing engine one was missing and the other sheared so beware of quality of who ever allsorts use I would because of this not use allsorts ever again.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Bought a Mazda 6 from this company. For the first few days it needed to be jump started, then after two weeks the engine died while driving at 30mph. After this the engine made a terrible racket so I returned it to the company. I was told it would be taken to the workshop and they'd be in touch to let me know what was wrong and when it would be repaired. Except they didn't call me, and despite me calling constantly and them promising to call me back, they always failed to do so. After three weeks of getting no answers from them I told them I wanted my money back and was told no. So I wrote letters asking for a refund which were not accepted by the company. What sort of company refuses to sign for letters when they don't know who they're from? A week later I got a call telling me that the car was repaired, so I went to the company to get my personal items from the car and find out what had been going on. They still wouldn't tell me what the issue had been, but told me the whole engine had been replaced. At this point I told them again I didn't want the car, and was then threatened by the large salesman. Apparently he was going to "rip my head off". So I left and chased the refund through my credit card. Eventually I was given a cheque, after being given the runaround for two months. Trading Standards were informed and told me that they'd had a lot of problems with this company in the past and would be investigating them again. If you are stupid enough to buy a car from these, make sure you check the VIN against the engine, and get the car checked by a real mechanic. And pay by credit card. But seriously don't buy from these, there are plenty of good dealers out there, it's not worth the hassle.

Stay well clear. Bought a car from them in January and we have come across issue after issue. Caught them out lie after lie. They are not to be trusted .Believe the bad reviews and visit them at your peril! Trading standards stopped the father trading after a watchdog investigation and I reckon pretty soon they will stop the son operating too!

Bought a car from here after seeing it on the internet great service while purchasing. A warning light came on a couple of weeks later, contacted the garage and spoke to Mitch who had the fault sorted within a couple of days. Very happy and would definitely recommend.

Awful rude service. Staff hang up won't deal with issues. Please don't touch this firm with a barge pole, shocking worst customer service I have ever received in my life and i work in retail. Been hung up on 4 times today already nice one. The guy who answered the phone was very aggressive aggressive and rude and really shouldn't be allowed to trade. Please please don't buy from all sorts motor company. I will be in touch with trading standards first thing Monday morning.

Paid 3700 for a 4x4 within 2 days it was back in the garage as the breaks wernt the best had it back 4 days later another problem this has gone on another 2 times and I was fobbed off, they refused to give me a refund even though I'm entitled to one and are rude and aggressive stay away!

Absolutely Shocking Place!!!! Part ex'd my car for a new one there, the deal was all done, car was driven away, all was good, then I had a flat tyre, went back to them and they took it to a garage to have it changed, had the car back only to find out a couple of weeks later that the same tyre had gone again! after close inspection by a garage it was clear that the tyre had not bee changed and instead was only pumped back up. Rang them back and explained the situation, they then basically told me to do one and that they would not pay the cost for a new tyre. The French speaking guy there has no idea what he is talking about! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS GARAGE!!
