Customer Service is SHOCKING!!!!!!!! Enquired about a car and got nothing but attitude and verbal agression. ADVISE TO STAY CLEAR!!!!! The phone call was bad enough to stop me going to the garage! !!!! APPAULLING SERVICE!!

Brought a Renault Megane on an 06 plate. Agreed a part exchange and cash given, was told the car was legal and fit for commuting everyday and had a full inspection prior to me taking it away. Found that rear window heater didn't work, windscreen washers didn't work, air bag fault on dash, steering lock faulty, replaced a tyre with part warn one with less than legal tread. Managed to get them fixed via them, 2 days after collection the engine gives in on the M4 with the injectors and coils both gone. Further to this the engine mountain brackets rusted out and cracked. Still awaiting steering lock and engine brackets to be fixed. So far cost me an additional £376 plus a days wage. Would'nt offer replacement car for the duration failed to call back. Offered me another part exchange on another Megane if I paid an additional £1200 due to them having to pay VAT apparently....cash receipt given. Personally I would recommend staying a million miles away from All Sorts Motor Company.

WARNING - Stay Away. We saw a car on their website, when we phoned to enquire I was told how good the car was and running good etc as Sales men do! I gave a £500 deposit to hold the car until we could travel down and view. On arrival the Mercedes ML had a side repeater hanging off, scratch down rear side both door mirror covers broken. When we arrived the salesman tried to get us to pay the full price without seeing the car. When I saw the car I said it was not as advertised and wanted our deposit back, I was told no chance and what do you expect with a 14 year old car!! I told the sales man that I expected the car to be as advertised. We agreed on the car with a discount, we drove 8-10 miles and it went into limp mode, we took it back to be told its not been used for 2 weeks it will be ok. Went again, got 2 miles and it did the same, took it back demanded to see the manager and he admitted there is a fault. He said they would get it into the workshop sort the fault and deliver the car to us by Wednesday 7th January. Anyway long story short we had to take them to court to get our money back which we did. They agreed to give us a full refund but took weeks then wanted paperwork back before they released the cheque ( what planet they on) in the mean while they sold the car on an auction site before we had our money back. When I phoned and asked about it I was told well you're getting a refund. They think they can do what ever so that's why we went to court, and they thought that was wrong we did that. They settled by bank transfer so got the money. I put this down to bad experience and feel sorry for people that get treated unfairly by this garage.

WARNING...STAY AWAY!!! We recently bought a car from this garage after a lot of convincing praise about the vehicle by the salesman and fell hook line and sinker into they're trap....within half hour of owning the vehicle it broke down and was made apparent that there was several major problems with it..We returned to the garage,explained the situation and asked for our money and perfectly working car that we had part exchanged back. We were shocked at the response. ..They became very aggressive and told us the deal was made and we should get off they're property. We were blatantly ripped off and left with no car to which we rely on a lot being a working couple with young children..Then only the following night we were shocked again to see that the very garage that ripped us off was on a programme called x ray on BBC 1 and turns out we aren't their only victims...They happen to be one of the most complained about garages in the UK and have multiple on going cases with trading standards, we just wish we had known this sooner and we hope this review prevents anyone else getting ripped off.

We went to view a vehicle of our choice and subsequently purchased a 4 x 4 vehicle with high mileage. The salesman was polite and 'smooth' - a typically good salesman in fact - and when we found an electrical fault, prior to purchasing, they arranged to replace the part within 4 days. We collected the car and overall it has been fine. Their "PDI" (Pre Delivery Inspection) left a little to be desired - front sidelights both blown, rear brake light and number plate lights u/s and one rear tyre was below the tread limit with 2 nails in - however we were buying a 8-9 yr old 4 x 4, not a nearly new limousine! A few bulbs and a good service and a new tyre and we are happy. We hope it will serve us for a good few years, with regular maintenance.

Really happy with my Volvo C30 I recently purchased from All Sorts Motor. Service was fantastic, the staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of cars in stock and even offered to source me a vehicle if they didn't have it. Would definately recommend to friends and family.

I was in the market for a 4x4 and went to this dealer because of their selection. Very impressed with the presentation of the vehicles , also staff have have good knowledge of their stock. Bought a Nissan xtrail with no pressure and drove away same day. Definitely recommend this garage.
