2nd year service, got back in car...annoying chime....update ??? Looked in handbook....checked forums....my fog light was left on. BUT days after checked my new oil....about 2 pints short, contact was made, assured they have camera footage of job being done. Thus all I can conclude is maybe a passer bye stole it whilst it was parked outside ! Having spent £700 with you over a couple of weeks you have lost my custom.

I have bought 8 years old ix20 in July 2022. it is natural that the car with 100k+ miles can have some imperfections. What is much more important is the after sale and complaints reaction of Allen Briggs. It was discovered that the state of battery is not quite sufficient for ISG and one of parking sensor (probably after the hit from a stone from road) stops working. Theoretically these cases are not covered by guarantee because it is "wear and tear" and I must pay myself. But thanks to manager Denise Russell and the company culture in the attitude towards clients the battery and the sensor were changed for free. More over, I have to drive 200 miles to London for this repair and Allen Briggs paid for the diesel for the trip. Really pleasant surprise nowadays. The very best of luck them in future

I drove out of my area to purchase a car with Allen Briggs. What a fantastic, family run dealership. Customer service was superb, from test driving to purchase and delivery. Would highly recommend to any potential customers.

When I visited at Hyundai, Allen Briggs Motor Ltd, I tried ask some advisor for help & explain about Vehicles but they ignore me & keep focus some hearing people and nothing to do. I did not know what to do. Until wait for advisor but closed time ! I have been waste time.. I feel not happy with Allen Briggs Motor Ltd... I feel not right with mature staff because she keep focus hearing people than disabled customers. It’s disabled discrimination act.!
Had my car serviced at Allen Briggs Motors for years, always helpful and being family run they seem to be much more attentive than other dealer.
No complaints at all, I am perfectly happy with my purchase. I bought a Hyundai I30 back in June and I have only had one small issue with it but the dealership resolved it straight away. I would recommend Allen Briggs.
