Sales person Pritpal was very helpful, he was polite and not pushy, he made part exchange easy and went through smoothly. He explained the details of the new car clearly and helped with any questions we had. We did pay for cleaning products but they was not in stock but he made sure they was delivered to us and made suse we received them

I have just purchased a Fiesta from Allen Ford in Rugby and am extremely happy with the service that I have received. From my first call Jonathon in sales was friendly and proactive in sorting what I was looking for. His communication was excellent all the way through. He delivered my car up to Lincolnshire with his Business Manager which was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Allen Ford Rugby.

I arrived to be confronted by someone wearing a big black mask, surgical gloves and brandishing a thermometer! I passed the test, so handed over my car for MOT and service as previously arranged. Six hours later I phoned for a progress report. I was told that the work had been done and the paperwork was being processed, so I could make my way to collect the vehicle in about 30 minutes. I gave it extra time and arrived an hour later to find the paperwork was still not ready. I sat down where directed by clerk/receptionist - the only admin person visible - and they started to sort out my paperwork. At that point another person came in and approached the desk, obviously a friend of the clerk/receptionist by the warmth of the greeting. My details were then put to one side and the clerk/receptionist started to process the newcomer's paperwork. I politely pointed out, from the outpost where I had been sent to wait, that I was being served. I was told the diversion would only be for a minute, and the clerk/receptionist continued to process the newcomer's details. Twenty minutes later, after leaving the room, the admin person returned to finish dealing with me! I expressed my shock at the situation, but my feelings of outrage were casually dismissed. I shall never, ever go there again, and would urge others not to - unless they're friends of the admin staff.

Customer service at Allen Ford Rugby is terrible . Worst I have encountered. Manager didn’t even call to see what happened .... Absolutely disgusted. Thank god I took my money and ran as that was an indicator of the after care !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought I was ordering a new car - turned out it was a pre-registered car. I asked for front & rear parking sensors - only rear ones fitted. They retro fitted front sensors, which are a complete waste of time. Ordered full carpet set - only front ones fitted. I said I wanted a full tank of petrol - they tried to get away without doing this. When I asked for a towbar - they said we don't fit these & that I would need to get it done myself. Allen Ford Rugby said I would be contacted soon after my purchase regarding how satisfied I was with the service - I was never contacted because they did not want a poor report.
