Do not buy a New Ford using Ford Credit! Where do i start, I will try to be short and to the point (Apologies Allen Ford as the car was from you and Ford Credit provided the finance you will both be getting this review). I bought a new Puma ST. The car broke down with faults and I returned to a Ford dealer (twice). The car was rejected by me due to ongoing faults - for 2 weeks I was given a Renault Transit van. It took calls and emails to 4 different places to resolve. Ford Credit accepted the car back, I was refunded deposit and half of a payment. Everything was signed back etc and case closed. Then I received in June a default letter. Ford apologized and said I should not have received it. Now... I HAVE A DEFAULT ON MY CREDIT FILE! I am so angry with the lack of customer service through Ford, the quality of the vehicle and the ongoing stress this is causing me. Sorry Allen Ford but Ford have let you down and me! This still needs to be resolved and I would advise people to think carefully before buying a car through Ford Credit. James
My wife and I called into Allen Ford Warwick just to look around. Your salesman Luke Parkinson who spoke to us, putting us at ease with his polite, no pressure approach. He was very helpful showing us around the Ford Puma range explaining the different models and specifications. We were that impressed we left after buying one. We collected our Puma without any problems, Luke dealt with us in a manner that is a credit to the dealership. I will definitely recommend Allen Ford dealership to friends and family .

Having bought a Ford Kuga St-line X Ed Ecoblue from Ford Allen Warwick I was very disappointed in the customer service I received. As we live in Bristol I rang the dealership as the front and rear parking sensors weren’t working. I arranged to take the car back to Warwick, a mere 93 miles to have it checked out. When I spoke to the receptionist it appeared my vehicle wasn’t booked in. I asked to speak to Gary as I had spoken to him on Tuesday. He said the engineer that looked at it said I would have to book it in for a day, obviously I was very disappointed as I had asked on Tuesday if it could be done whilst we wait. As we live in Bristol decided we would take it to the local Ford dealership. They were brilliant and arranged for the car to be picked up, having delivered it back a few hours later I was told that it was just a fuse 🤔, I also explained to the Warwick dealership that it should have been working when we picked the car up but I feel that once they had the sale they weren’t interested. The young guy Charlie who we deal with was very helpful, if his Manager Gary had dealt with us I’m sure they wouldn’t have made a sale. Not a dealership I would every recommend

Waited a month to take car into Allen Ford Warwick for warranty gearbox repair. To date, a total of 3 months later, they haven’t even started on the repair! Managers just lock themselves in cupboards and hide like children to avoid accountability. Another customer came in saying exactly the same. Avoid this dealership at all costs. Go to TrustFord instead.

Terrible experience since the day they took my money. They sold me the wrong spec car (sold me what was advertised as a 140bhp Fiesta and they had ‘triple checked’ it was before I bought it) . Got the car delivered to find on the V5 Doc & VIN Sticker of the car that it is actually a 125BHP Fiesta!! Someone had attempted to scratch off the BHP Number on the VIN Sticker leaving the KW number - stupid if you ask me. Salesman admitted that no one actually checked the VIN or the V5 ; surely this is one of the basic checks?!? So got a full refund and took my money elsewhere. Before the vehicle even arrived, they were only interested in the money because once they had it the customer service was appalling. I was chasing them for EVERYTHING, nothing was done on time and used COVID as an excuse. Sorry but if you are paying 12k for a car you expect a decent amount of customer service, COVID or no COVID. Do not used unless you want to be messed around like I have.

Put a deposit of £1000 pounds on a factory order Vignale Estate, was requested to go in of Friday 26/01/18 at 12.00 to sign the paperwork and part with another £4000 arrived waited 55 mins' in the end walked out went home as I had another appointment, later had a text from the sales man, saying sorry I missed you ! shell I come to your house tonight; I asked if the car had been ordered, he said yes’ I said I wanted to check the specifications, at 16.05 he replied he would call me in 10 mins at 5.30 I replied 10min!! and then again I sent another text saying this is not what I call customer service, I have now cancelled the car. I have just ordered the exact same car from SKY Ford worth the extra travelling I will not be giving Alan ford another chance, and will ensure that I pass my experience on this occasion to all I encounter that might be thinking of buying a car from them.
A great place to buy a car up until they have to deliver on their promises. Let me explain... In the past 5 years I have purchased 5 vehicles from them, some new, some nearly new. I thought I would be classed as a good customer - how wrong could I be? My latest purchase was a 1 year old Focus RS, with 1,700 miles. At the time of purchase we discussed that I preferred the black alloys. The car that I bought had silver, but I signed on the dotted line as they promised that they would supply a full set of black alloys at cost. Subsequently, the price had increased from 960 to 1400. I have been back several times but they are not interested in keeping the promises that they made. It would appear that they are all about sales but don't care about customer service or loyalty!. I have been offered a free service, which does not compensate in the least for the 500 excess that I have had to pay elsewhere to obtain the black alloys that I wanted. I have learned my lesson and will no longer be lining the pockets of Allen Ford Warwick. Anyone else considering buying a vehicle from them should take heed and believe nothing they tell you.
