Arrived September last year to buy a car and was told it would likely be here by October. That was then delayed to January 18th (quite the delay). The 18th arrived and the car wasn't loaded on the truck for some unknown reason. I was given a new date of Jan 26th. Once again the car didn't arrive and this time I wasn't even given a reason. I have been given another date of Jan 31st but was told that's not set in stone. Jan 31st has been and gone and I didn't even receive a phone call updating me this time. Feb 2nd and I'm still waiting for my damn car! I like the salesman assigned to me and none of this is his fault. There is clearly something very wrong at Kia in Bath with their transportation of the cars or something else in the chain of delivery as this is getting beyond a joke now. They get 2 stars just because the salesman has done his best. The entirety of the rest of the service has been quite poor.

I have just bought a new car from Kia Allen and the experience dealing with Ben has been simply first class. He sorted me the right finance deal, followed up on all questions and is simply very professional and a very nice person. He is very knowledgeable and nothing has been too much trouble. On servicing the support I have received from Laurence has also been outstanding. What a truly great person he his and dealing with difficult issues has been a so much easier thanks to him. Allen Kia thank you for making this overall experience simply excellent

Me and my partner both got a car from Kia Allen Bath. We were looked after by Taz Whitfield. Taz throughout the process kept us both updated and well looked after. Taz is very knowledgeable and even found the very specialised car that I wanted. Customer service was impeccable and we were made to feel comfortable. Would highly recommend.

I have just bought the new Sportage. Jack assisted me originally and explained everything about the process and my options. The sales team were caring, interested and knowledgable. During the period between agreeing the purchase and collecting the car my telephone enquiries were dealt with professionally by whichever member of the team answered the phone. When I collected the car the sales parson had unfortunately been off sick but the manager Adam picked up the reins and made sure that my buying experience was as enjoyable as I had hoped it would be. This is the second Sportage I have purchased from Allen Kia Bath and will definitely be buying my next one there. (subject to a decent deal of course !!) :-)

Took the day off work drove all the way from Bristol only to be told that nothing could be done unless I left my car for a few days Three weeks the appointment has been made Yet you leave till the day before to ring to get details Returned call but unable to speak to service department Thanks for wasting my petrol my day off work and my time

Thanks to the team at Bath Kia for making the transition to a fully electric vehicle so easy. Great customer service and friendly atmosphere unlike many other dealers I visited.
