Had car in for first service,clean and in good condition,after service scratch on Driver side rear door,interior carpets filthy. Not at all happy with Allen Kia in Bath.
I cannot praise Kia Bath enough for their service. My Second hand Sportage, bought elsewhere, had a fault with the panoramic sunroof. Took a few days to sort but Marie kept me updated every day and the icing on the cake was that it was sorted under warranty. Well done Allen Kia Bath !!
Absolutely appalling service at Kia Bath a couple of weeks ago. I purchased a brand new Sportage back in July this year and have had juddering since day 1... was told by Marie to bring the car in for inspection but needed a courtesy car which they couldn’t provide for a further 6 weeks. She agreed to give me a courtesy Kia Soul as that was the biggest vehicle available as I have 2 young children. When I arrived I was given an old Ford which was filthy inside as she had given the agreed courtesy car to another customer. I returned the vehicle within 10 minutes of driving it and was given a different Ford which was slightly cleaner. I said how disappointed I was and expected something at the same standard as my Sportage as my previous cars were an Audi and BMW and the service was brilliant. The response I got was ‘well this is Kia’. She also said she was doing me a favour by giving me a courtesy car and was overly concerned about me returning the vehicle with fuel. The next day Marie called and explained they found the fault but will not fix it until the car actually breaks which she confirmed will happen and it’s just a matter of time! I explained that it is a 6 month old car and should be absolutely perfect with no faults. A lot of money was spent on a car that is faulty! My main concern now is using the car and being stranded somewhere with my 2 young children which I explained to her. She gave me a number for customer service and told me to call them as she can’t help me. She then asked me if I had put fuel in the courtesy car which seemed to be her only priority. AVOID Kia Bath! Absolutely disgusting customer service ONCE they get your business. Apart from the fault the car is great but I will be going back to BMW next time.

I OWN A KIA SPORTAGE WITH WELL OVER 3 YEARS OF MY APPARENT 7 YEAR WARRANTY LEFT, LOL. HAS BLACK VINYL AROUND ALL THE DOORS, - PART OF THE BODYWORK, HAS BECOME BRITTLE ON AREA ON DRIVERS DOOR AND IS DETERIORATING, LOOKS AWFUL, WHITE SHOWING THROUGH AS SMALL PIECE HAS BROKEN AWAY. CONTACTED ALLEN KIA BATH ETC. WILL NOT HONOUR UNDER WARRANTY, KIA STAFF LESS THAN HELPFUL, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE 7 YEAR WARRANTY THEY PROMOTE IS A JOKE, LIKE ALL WARRANTIES WILL GET OUT OF ASSISTING YOU IF THEY CAN. WILL NOT PURCHASE OR RECOMMEND KIA AGAIN......
