We visited last week to check out a Kia Sportage on the Motability scheme. We were greeted and assisted by Sandeep, friendly, knowledgeable, providing answers to all our initial queries, Sandeep gave us space to have a good look around the car...no pressure...so,we booked a test drive for this morning... We were impressed by the car, and by the way Sandeep conducted the test drive...so personable, helpful, professional and engaging... We will be contacting you at the end of the month to proceed!!

I had my new Sportage delivered recently. Lyndon Jackson was my point of contact and dealt with every step i.e from booking to delivery of the car professionally. This was my first experience at the branch and Lyndon was in touch with me regularly updating the status of my booking and promptly responding to all my queries and ensuring hassle free experience:) I am happy to recommend this dealership.

I traded in my 2017 Niro on 21st September for a 2021 KIA Approved Niro which has a 7 year warranty. The new car is in virtually as new condition with very low mileage and the whole transaction with Lyndon was very professional. I have been a customer at this branch for several years and this is the 3rd car I have bought from them during that period. I dealt through Lyndon each time. The sales and service staff are friendly and helpful. I am happy to recommend this dealership.

Sandeep was very helpful in sorting a car for my dad and getting it shipped from Bath at another Kia dealership where he had seen it on line. She kept us informed of when it would be ready to view and when it was ready to drive away. Great customer service.

I was speaking to a lady named Sonya or Saniya at the Allen Kia Solihull. Never been spoken to so rudely. I get it that Kia is having some major issues, but to tell me to stop calling when i need help to get mobile again given my car is under warranty and I pay Allen Kia Solihull for their service plan, its ridiculous. Call their customer sales right now, and theyll be lovely and nice. Now that I have bought a car and theres a manufacture fault, they have just told me to call Kia. Im being given no courtesy car, and they have basically just told me to bugger off. STAY AWAY from this horrible place, and avoid buying crappy, low quality cars from Kia. I thought they had improved andwere actually good quality, but sadly not. To be treated like this, its crazy. I have no car, and i am left to hire a car at my own expenses.
I will be glad when I get my new mobility car, been waiting since August Allen keeps me update I've heard its fsomething about waiting for electronic chip for new electric car

Deceiving sellers. They will sell you an old car for a new one. Booked my EV Soul at the beginning of August 2021. At the beginning of September 2021 I went to pick up my "brand new" car to then discover that a new model had just been announced at the end of August 2021 (it was when I tried to purchase the car insurance that I discovered that there were two models on the market). This just made my model old and discontinued! For sure they knew about the imminent release of a new model when I booked the car at the beginning of August 2021 and more so before they finalised the contract with me at the beginning of September 2021. Nonetheless, these Sirs took the (unauthorised) liberty to decide on my behalf and dispose of my £35,000 as they wanted. It was my first new car ever (always owned second hand cars) and what a disappointment to learn that it was already old and discontinued when I bought it "brand new". Had been they completely honest and transparent, they would have given me the opportunity to choose what to do with my own money (again £35,000, not a small amount); instead, they happily dodged the deal and didn't discuss any option. It was clear that I wanted to buy a NEW car and, of course, I relied on an official reseller to get what I wanted. But, not even an official reseller can be trusted. I am enraged! Updates: I have now received the Certification of Conformity for my "new" car and it says it was manufactured in October 2020. When I asked the Sales Executive, Duncan, how long the car had been in stock, he said 'it is fresh!'. Yes, 1- year-old fresh! Now I understand why it was encrusted under the bonnet and the keys showed a label saying 'Demo' on it.... Be aware when you approach this branch!
