he comes across as a nice guy typical old man full of grace. tells a story on how he was a minicar rally champion (who's name dont exist) bit of a romancer...i would never buy a car of this guy unless you have a endless pot of cash to spare on repairs...
ALLMINI.ORG I bought a 2006 Nissan Xtrail about 3 months ago. The owner is a salesman plain and simple. But I would never buy a car from him ever again or recommend anyone else does. I was told the car had been checked over after he purchased it and there was a few jobs needed doing to bring it up the standard required by him to re sell it. I was told there was a 3 month warranty with the car but when I went to collect the car after this work had been done, there was no paperwork for the warranty. Mike told me it would be forwarded to myself as soon as he received it from the warranty company. Driving the vehicle home I found the hand brake didn't work at all but thought I would get it look at from my local garage, there was also a whining nose coming from the front end. I took the car to my local garage for the hand brake doing and they told me the whole braking system, pads, disks and drums needed replacing and shouldn't be driven, so I let them get on with it as they were dangerous, this cost me over £250. I contacted Mike on the mobile number I had for him as I thought it might be covered on the warranty, but he told me the brakes were not covered and said my garage were a trying to make money out of me, this is a garage I have used for years and trust to do the jobs. A few week later I received my warranty which was a couple of pieces of paper from ALLMINI. The noise at the front end became unbearable so I took it back to my local garage, they told me the front wheel bearing had collapsed and needed replacing , I told them about the warranty, they read it and told me the wheel bearing would be covered. I tried to contact the number on the warranty but it was dis connected I sent a email to the email address on the warranty and this came back as wrong. So I had to let the garage do the wheel bearing and the garage said they would try and contact the warranty company. They tried different email addresses which they found on the internet, they did get a reply from one of the emails stating wheel bearings weren't covered. I again contacted Mike and he confirmed they weren't covered so I had to pay for the repair myself, £150.This warranty was not worth the paper it was written on. Please do not buy a car from All Mini, they are not to be trusted. The cars may come with a 3 month warranty but during this time they are pretty much contactable.

ALLMINI.ORG I bought a 2008 Mini One about 3 months ago. The owner is a salesman plain and simple, he is nice, chatty and extremely passionate about Mini cars. But I would never buy a car from him ever again. I was promised on buying the car that the windscreen plastic side panel would be replaced and tow bar cover fitted asap. I had to pester him several times, he was wither always away or busy. He had apparently ordered the parts at least 3 times. I have only just had the side panel fitted but am still waiting for him to post the tow bar cover. Mike also stated that the car had never been in any accidents and the HPI came back clear. He either didn't know and lied or he is completely incompetent (no upside), on removal of the grill on the car, there are about 15 wood screws holding the front of the car in place. I have also had trouble with the air conditioning, the start/stop function and the temperature gauge. Please do not buy a car from All Mini, they are not to be trusted. The cars may come with a 3 month warranty but during this time they are pretty much uncontactable.
