I bought a Ktm from these guys and after a week the battery gave up, I called and they sent me a new battery out the same day with no problems. I read the reviews on line before buying but I would have no hesitation using them again, the bikes where all well priced, I had next day delivery for £99 and the bike was very clean when it arrived with no faults. Thanks guys

Avoid Amber Trade Centre!! It all started off very smooth, bike was delivered as promised but that is where all the service ended. Received bike on Sunday, contacted them Monday with a list of problems. It took several calls and text messages for them to agree to send the parts that were missing or broken. Well they never did turn up and when challenged was told they were sent second class, if they didnt arrive tough there is no tracking number. The cost of shipping the bike back to them and returning it to me is double what it will cost me to repair it so I have swallowed this one. I guess this is exactly what they expect. After paying £5000 for a 18 month bike, it has not been a pleasure dealing with this company.

Within minutes of taking the bike out the clutch went, they wanted nothing to do with it, the customer service wasn't good and I ended up having to fix it myself.

If I was to buy another bike in the future I would have no hesitation in going back to Amber Trade Centre. They delivered the bike on time as promised, the sale was quick and easy and the bike is an excellent piece of kit.

I've always bought privately so this was my first time buying from a dealer. The bike is excellent I can't fault it at all and the dealership were all good, I've not got anything bad to say about them at all. Overall very happy with how things went.

My impression of Amber Trade Centre is that during my purchase it was a pretty standard procedure really, everything was just nice and easy, just as professional as other dealerships I've dealt with. I have therefore scored this dealership top marks for very question and I recommend them too.
