Pushy sales, then zero after sales interest. Purchased an RS5, told them I wanted the Audi tracker installed but they just kept fobbing me off, they should’ve set me up on Audi connect but they didn’t and didn’t even give me the code when I asked them for it to do it myself, oh and after a three hour drive to collect the car got there to find out it wouldn’t be ready until the following day. Absolutely shambolic compared with any other Audi garage.

A absolute shambles in service/repair department. Year old Q7 went in for oil change, given back to me with a oil leak! Then no contact after the christmas period to be repaired so again im chasing them.. it took 2 months for me to get my car in for them to repair it, 3 days lost of work, 3 bottles of oil brought (£35 a litre). We brought the Q7 as we have 3 children under the age of 4 who all need seats with anchor points… they took The Q7 of us for a week and gave us a A3 with only 2 usable Anchor points, my wife who had just had a baby had to walk our 2 other children 2.5 miles to school each morning as we couldn’t fit them in the car safely! At this point i still have not complained or been rude to anyone but still did not send me the “customer satisfaction”email to fill out (wonder why??) Now 2 months later the car is again dripping out oil and i have warning lights up on dash board again saying oil is low!! 3 weeks iv been waiting for someone to call me back… no one wants to take responsibility. Been promised phone calls back from management every time iv called but all still nothing! Iv now given up and im taking to another Audi to finally have repaired… these guys are frauds, have no idea whats going on and tell lie’s !! Things go wrong with cars… i get that… but as a customer all i wanted was not to be lied to and a phone call back to get a car that costs over £70k to be repaired by a problem caused by your incompetencey! TRUST ME AND GO ELSEWHERE FOR SERVICING OR REPAIR WORK! The sales team where great, unfortunately the people in the little corner on entry let the team down! Absolutely Shocking from December till june!!

I have booked a test drive with them with enough notice, I even called them a day before just to confirm the appointment which they have confirmed. On the day of appointment first they couldn’t find me on their list then they said you need to reschedule the appointment. After travelling 20 miles for this appointment and then despite confirming the appointment day before hearing that I am not on the list is a worst customer service that I have ever experienced. They said the guy who should see me had not turned up on that day, I completely understand these things could happen at any given day, but at least they should’ve call me to let me know, that they need to rebook me on a different day, not just letting me know when I just turned up saying that we need to rebook you so that at least I should have actually not traveled 20 miles. While waiting I have noticed that a few sales executives are simply sitting one of them could have easily assisted me. The worst thing is there is no apology and their behaviour is so rude.
There's slow... and then there's Amersham Audi slow. If you take your car here, don't expect to get it back in a hurry. I have to use this garage as there isn't another Audi one for a long way. However, my car is often waiting so long that it has actually depreciated in value by the time I get it back. They ask for the car at 8am so you drop it off nice and early. 2 days later you start to wonder what's going on, so you call... and they say it's being looked at now. 2 more days pass so you call again. They've ordered the part. Another day passes. Then another. You finally complain and they tell you it's a busy time of year and that their service is actually very good. It's incredible. I should be angry but I'm actually so astounded I'm almost impressed. I actually think they might be gaslighting me.

I’m very happy whith my purchase on Amersham Audi.Amazing main dealer. Wonderful,very kind and helpful stuff. Specifically Damian,was a really gentleman who always was there whith his advice. I agreed to purchase an Audi Q7. It was advertised with 150 miles when I enquired over the phone they confirmed it was 150. Upon this I made the decision to purchase it and travelled 100 miles (2 hours). Upon arrival we were not even offered a courtesy drink or even a sip of water even knowing i had travelled 100 miles south. I was greeted by Ben Maruro who then advises me that the car milage was in fact 5185 miles. I mentioned that it was confirmed to me on 2 occasions over the phone. I asked to speak to a manager and he called a young boy who acted as a manager (spoke to branch manager afterwards). I was spoken to very rudely but reduced the price by £500. I still agreed to purchase the vehicle and was promised they would change the wheel plate as they were scratched/scuffed. I paid the deposit and when the deliver time came and i asked whether if the plate was replaced i was told no. I declined to purchase the vehicle and ask for a refund. I was told to request in an email. Upon sending the email and multiple calls the refund was made 3-4 weeks later. This was after i complained and spoke to the branch manager. TOTALLY AVOID!
From start to finish had a great experience at the Amersham Audi. Visited about 3 dealerships and Amersham was by far the best one. Thank you to Dennis for getting us the best deal. Very helpful!
Don’t get your car serviced at Audi Amersham! It’s rubbish. I booked a courtesy car well in advance of the service only to be told there wasn’t one available on the day. I had to get a taxi to work which cost me £20. I was told I would be collected at 4pm but no one showed up. I rang to complain and was told they are busy but a driver would appear at some point that Friday evening. I asked for the £20 but was told I couldn’t have it as mine was a lease car!! So lease car customers are bottom of the pile in terms of value!! I told the service employee I was going to speak to his manager and he told me it wouldn’t do me any good!!!! What is going on at Amersham Audi???? It’s beyond belief... I am writing this in real time and am furious.
If you want to drop off and collect your car for servicing / MOT etc quickly with no hassle, this is the worst garage you can possibly imagine. Everything takes AGES. I genuinely have no idea how they make everything take so long. Dropping off the car, their time working on it, getting your keys back... Every part of the process takes so long I could write a novel about it, whilst waiting for my car. Genuinely unless you enjoy waiting so long that you might die in the interim, take your car somewhere else. Anywhere else. Drive it to Paris and get it serviced there. It'd be quicker.
Awful service horrible rude second hand sales man Jon haigh at Amersham Audi was really rude.
