Terrible staff Nick and Lee service worst experience ever from an Audi dealer. Both guys not helpful at all, and Lee wearing dirty hairy Audi top. both should be sacked at once. Unprofessional best to avoid save your day and do not visit Amersham Audi.

Amersham Audi insist that a parcel that was stolen from the boot of my daughter's car when it was in for a fault, wasn't in there and that we are lying. As its a "franchise" Audi UK won't intervene. Jean-Pierre Jamil, Head of Business, Darren Bodilly General Sales Manager, James Cousins Service Manager - you are an absolute disgrace with the way you treat your customers. The parcel was 100% in the boot of the car and it was stolen from your Amersham Audi garage and you are covering it up.
Jane Smith in response to NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS GARAGE
We had a theft incident linked to this garage. AirPods that had been dropped were last traced to this garage. Upon visiting and asking for them, the staff denied and were aggressive. Avoid this business.
This is our 7th car form Amersham Audi and in particular, Peter Rimmer. The service is always first class and thorough. No hard sell but they have matched the best in the land with their service and deals. Cannot recommend highly enough!
Bought last car (Q3, Audi Approved Used) from Audi Amersham, great sales support, and early services. Looking to replace with newer/new Q2, so went in to Amersham Audi for a chat. Wandered about the showroom, and eventually sales person approached. Took details, faffed about on his laptop to try to locate the spec I wanted. Advised me nothing available in Amersham Audi, nor in Jardine Motors group of dealers. I asked if available elsewhere (which I knew there was from Audi's website). Salesman couldn't seem to be a**ed to show any interest, and said he would 'tell his manager to give me a call if anything came up'. I had also indicated I wasn't averse to considering new. But no interest shown by salesman in pursuing this - maybe he just wanted to go for his lunch. It appeared they didn't WANT to sell cars - we were talking £30,000+ worth of car which in today's economic climate I would have thought might be of interest to any dealer. We left - slightly incredulous. Anyway, about 3w later, the spec I wanted came up at another Audi dealer, about 50mi away, also part of Jardine Group. Needless to say, no phone call from Audi Amersham 'manager', so we went up ourselves, test-drove, loved it, bought it. With great sales support from that dealer. My Q3 had an outstanding service on the Service Plan, and the new dealer wasn't able to get it transferred. So I went into Amersham to ask if it was transferable. When they sold the Plan to me, they did not advise that it was tied to the car, nor query whether I was likely to keep the car over the period the plan would be covering. Accepted it's probably my fault for not checking, but do feel let down on the customer guidance front. Anyway, a very abrupt gentleman stated 'its not transferable'. Full stop. No 'sorry madam, I wish we could help', or 'did we not make it clear that you were buying a service for the Q3 only'? Just 'no - go away' (not quite those words, but that was the message). When I asked if he could provide any advice on how it could be transferred, I was told 'ring Audi Finance, they are responsible'. Needless to say, calling Audi Finance also was a dead end. In fact, one of their suggestions was I could cancel the outstanding service, so that whoever bought the car next wouldn't benefit from it. And that since I'd had one major service out of the two services on the original plan, I really wasn't losing much money. Words failed me. Gave up. So - we are moving away from the area and delighted to know that we never have to deal with Amersham Audi again. P.S. I might have given a 2nd star for being historically very good. So apologies to the other Audi Amersham staff who have given good service over the past few years. Whoever is in charge now needs to sort out standards - both sales and service.

Went in to discuss potential purchase of car and wondered around lot for a bit then inside and no one came to ask if I needed help. I then went to reception and the lady looked at a piece of paper and said everyone was busy so took my details and said someone would call (didn’t receive one). So decided to book a test drive online so awaited call to arrange and received a call to book for the next day at 1200, didn’t receive an email as stated to confirm and then got there and was told it was booked for 1430. Reception did manage to find a salesman that would help and while I waited sorted out the paperwork for the test drive. I then met the salesman and discussed what I wanted only to be told there was no car near my spec to test. So basically a pointless journey made twice. Never going back to Amersham Audi.

I bought a new Q3 from Amersham Audi about a year ago. As part of the deal the sales lady agreed they would include the first service free. When I went back for the service, I was told there was no record of this arrangement, and the sales lady had left the company. I was offered a discount of £40. When I contacted the company by e-mail (twice) to explain the situation, I received no response at all.
Twice I've been to Audi Amersham in recent weeks with an interest in purchasing an approved used vehicle for around £25k. On both occasions there was no customer parking available and no staff to come and see me or talk to me about specific vehicles. On the last occasion I was directed to reception where details were taken and told I would receive a call at a specific time in the afternoon by a sales person. That didn't happen. I really get the sense that unless you're a man of 50 plus years wearing a shirt and jumper combo or someone that already drives a top range Audi that the team in Amersham couldn't give a hoot about you!
I took my TTS for a service & MOT - and I have to say that Amersham Audi (who did the work) is the best car dealership that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are Friendly, Professional, Positive, Happy and genuinely care about their customers. There are lots of companies/garages that could learn from this (BMW, Reading Audi) for example.

The sales guy I was allocated simply did not know much about what he was selling! Too keen to run through his on line checklist. Didn't arrange a test drive as promised. Avoid. I had to go to Maidstone to buy my A4. I think they find selling Audis too easy at the moment. Wouldn't co-operate with Maidstone even tho' they wouldn't have known it was me.
