Having read reviews about ANA Autos Ltd (apart from one) on this website and others we decided to travel to London to view. we were surprised by the condition of the car which although over 10 years old was in outstanding condition. we dealt with Tony who was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. we were given the keys and allowed to look around the car without being hounded as was the case with other dealers we had visited earlier that day. i would recommend definitely recommend this dealer. my only reservation is the estate the cars are stored at. i felt a little uncomfortable with the surrounding area but any worries were quickly allayed once we had the pleasure of dealing with such a professional person. just goes to show you don't need to go to an expensive showroom to get service and quality.

The car I bought from ANA Autos had a fault that became apparent within 8 miles and so was returned that day, but he accepted the car back but took over a week to refund money and doesn't accept that under new rules (CPA 2015) we do have the right to reject the car rather than have it repaired. If the car is fine then you should be OK, but if it's faulty that's when you may have problems with this rude person who repeated lied about sending the money back via bank transfer.

Top service received from Tony and his very experienced business partner (a highly qualified mechanic). The car was a very clean, tidy example and just as described. The whole process was easy, friendly, approachable and at no point did I feel pressurised into the deal or as if I was "being sold" - all too rare a thing in this business! In my opinion a totally honest, straight forward, trustworthy and reliable outfit selling quality used cars at very fair and realistic prices. I highly recommend them!
