Put my Qashqai in for a service at Ancaster Nissan in Penge. When I picked it up after first being given the wrong key I noticed the drivers rubber mat was missing, no big deal but as soon as I mentioned it the service manager became very defensive and rude and at no point apologised but told me it was impossible to lose a mat and there was definitely no mat in the drivers side although he could see the other 3 mats were there. These were genuine Nissan mats so pretty expensive. He finally agreed to find me a mat but that was 4 weeks ago and no call. I should have learnt a lesson from my previous visit with a recall on my new Pathfinder when the person on the desk was extremely rude and arrogant. If you need a service go somewhere else.

Ancaster Nissan in Penge are a joke. All good through the selling process but that's where it ends. After that they were rude, obstructive and helpful. If I can make just one person avoid dealing with them and buy elsewhere then this review will be worth it.. Please JUST DON'T DO IT...
When I said very bad customer service, omg even the manager very rude, purchase my car in February this year, and from I pickup my car it’s been problem, take it back several times and staff and management was really rude wouldn’t recommend Ancaster Nissan penge not even to my animals
I was left waiting several times by Ancaster Nissan Penge. It looked like there was at least 7 members of staff in the back office, this made more frustrated as it gives the impression that they don’t value their customers. After saying I was in a rush Instead of booking an appointment when I could come back and be seen straight away. They lied and said they would be with me in 5 minutes but in fact they kept me waiting a further 15 minutes. Not happy.

Ancaster Nissan Penge is one of the worst car dealers i have ever dealt with,ordered a nissan quasqai in beginning of April 2018 they promised me that i will have delivery with in a month but kept on giving me false promises that its delayed but definitely i will receive my car shortly,2 months past and everytime i called i could never get hold of the mobility rep with a promise that i will get a call back made about more then 4 trips to the penge dealers and given more false promises after getting fed up i again made a trip today 31/07/2018 and was told due to some new regulations the car is now not available,they wasted 3 months of my time giving me lies upon lies, i could have gone to another mobility dealers and would have got another make of car long time ago,never will i put my foot in a nissan dealers forcourt again, never.

Great service, great cars and friendly people. Sounds mad, but I go out of my way to go the Ancasters in Penge when Croydon is only down the road, Been buying cars from them for the last 10 years and really wouldn't go anyway else for Nissans or my service.
