Andrew James held the car for me for three weeks, I had a slight issue with the car when I picked it up but they resolved it for me, James who I dealt with was professional and a really nice guy, he took his time, didn’t rush me and gave me freedom to go on a test drive by myself, then let my dad test drive the car as well. When we get my wife’s car we’ll get it from there and my next car too!

Picked up my BMW 3 series yesterday and all i can say is fantastic. The service and communication was spot on. Really polite and honest. Very smooth and easy process. I travelled 5 hours down the country and i was certainly not disappointed. I was a bit cautious approaching buying a car off a dealer again as I'd had a terrible experience buying my last car from a dealer. I was not an easy customer but James was very patient. No pressure sales they literally just give you the keys and let you do what you need to do including a test drive. A good selection of high quality cars, they know their business and have some very good sources with high end part exchanges. Again patient and sensible in negotiating final work and prices. Agreed new disks and pads all round without agreeing brands and they automatically fitted quality Pagids and also replaced the aux battery even though this hadn't come up as a fault or agreed as part of the sale. Also got a discount to replace the front tires as I wanted a specific spec/brand. Loved the Volvo V90 R Design Plus that I ended up with paying the final balance with Andrew in the end even though James had done all the hard work! Andrew was brilliant as well and even though he hadn't met me before threw in a high spec USB cable just to help me plug in my phone to get me home. Really nice guys, great buying experience and with a Gold national standard 1 yrs warranty, a fresh MOT and service (plus agreed works) I'll definitely be back there for my next car. Negotiate and buy with confidence!

It’s all going well with the Mini Countryman I got from Andrew James Cars, we we’re looking online for a new car and saw it pop up and it looked really nice, and hit all the right notes also it seemed to be a quite good price, the only issue was my previous car was nearly 20 years old so I did not know the modern workings of the car and they just assumed I would, but once I told them they helped, the experience was genuinely very good overall.

The BMW 440i from Andrew James Cars, was the perfect spec, model and everything. I can’t remember who it was I dealt with but they were excellent, I’d absolutely recommend them!

I was looking for a Skoda Karoq for about 18 months and Andrew James Cars had the colour I wanted. Shortly after it was delivered it had a fault some sort of malfunction with the airflow intake, I put it in and got it sorted and Andrew James Cars paid for it even though the warranty didn’t cover it, my only argument was it had done a few more miles than advertised, but apart from that the car is running perfect very, very, very pleased with the help that Andrew James gave me in all the correspondence that we had.

I’m really really pleased with the Kia Picanto from Andrew James Cars, It was the exact car I wanted, in the colour, spec, price and the dealership is near me so I could go see it! the location of the place wasn't wonderful, to make it feel absolutely fabulously special but aside from that they were extremely friendly and not pushy at all, I’d recommend them!

All Good with the Mercedes A Class, I was shopping online and looked at the reviews for Andrew James Cars, they all looked good so thought I'd give them a go. I think it was Andrew himself who I dealt with, personally I’d give him a five out of five, it’s hard to come by a decent dealer.

Everything is all good with the Ford Ecosport I got from Andrew James Cars, my experience at the dealership was quite good, I would recommend them.
