The Berlingo I bought from Andrew James Cars is lovely, but the guys are who really made the experience. They're absolutely great! Really nice people and it was a pleasure meeting them. it's a brilliant little dealership and I'd highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. I honestly can't praise them enough and I'd award 11/10 if I could.

Very professional and courteous

I've not had my Skoda Octavia long, but so far, all's good with the car. I'm happy with my purchase and everything's going great. The chaps at the dealership were both really good and I felt they were honest and trustworthy which means a lot. I’m only marking down by half a point because it took a little while to replace my second key, though that may not have been entirely their fault.

I’ve had my car for about 2 months now and it has been so smooth and easy to drive with, took a bit of getting use to at the start but that’s a given with any new car but I’ve really enjoyed driving with my Corsa a great first car aswell. The service was lovely in the process of buying the car so I would definitely recommend to any people looking to buy 2nd hand cars.

I've had my Mercedes Vito since the end of November now, and everything's been all good with it. The van has been used daily ever since driving away, and it's been getting the job done. As for the service I received, I've got no complaints. I knew what I wanted when I headed to the dealership and it went as expected, so I can't fault them.

Without a doubt I'm rating these guys 5 out of 5. Unlike the big companies that you visit where you feel pressure to buy a car because they're trying to earn that commission, I didn't get that feeling from any member of the team at Andrew James Cars. It was nothing but pure honesty, and at no point did I feel like they had a hidden agenda, they really had my best interest at heart. I purchased the Clio as my previous car needed to go in the garage (which is still in for repairs), and it's been the perfect replacement. It's running great, and I've not had any issues. Once I get the car back I'll be back to part exchange the car because the service was that decent. From start to finish, the team was fantastic.

The car purchased from Andrew James Cars Ltd was for my step daughter and she is over the moon with the car, I've not had one complaint from her. Andy looked after us on the day and he is an absolute legend! He couldn't do enough for us on the day. The guys and girls who worked on the vehicle were very good as well. No issues whatsoever.
