I had the absolute pleasure of purchasing a car from James at Andrew James Cars Ltd. Was coming to view a vehicle but unfortunately got sold just as i arrived, which wasn't an issue. I then stayed and looked at all their amazing stock and came across a BMW X5 which i loved the look of. I was given all the time i needed to look around it and was offered refreshments by James. After having a good look at it James said i could take it out for a test drive if i wanted to, so i jumped at the chance. I wasn't disappointed and James offered me a great deal should i wanted to go ahead with purchasing it. Was told to think it over and let him know. James went above and beyond and wasn't pushy in any way. I knew straight away i wanted to purchase this car from James because he was such a legend. When a car finance broker recommends a dealership, you know they must be doing a good job. I checked the reviews of Andrew James before visiting, and I'm glad to confirm the feedback online represents the quality of the business. What a great little dealership ran by two smart, polite and courteous guys. People don't give praise where praise is due these days, and these chaps deserve 5* without question, so here's my review to hopefully show my appreciation for them doing such an excellent job - Just doing my bit!

Where do I start...The guys at Andrew James Cars Ltd have been brilliant from start to finish. I spotted a well-priced Audi SQ5 and picked up the phone straight away - James arranged for me to pop down the following day which I'm pretty sure was a Saturday from memory. As a mechanic I know a decent car when I see one, and it was too good to walk away from. The lads did a great job at prepping the car quickly and I collected it the following day. I know how much good reviews means to businesses, and these guys really deserve this feedback, so I thought I'd pop something in writing whilst I've got 5 minutes spare. You can never be too careful these days, especially when buying used vehicles. The only way to try and protect yourself is by doing as much due diligence as possible before choosing who to buy from. I'd read through Andrew James Cars' reviews in detail on a variety of platforms before making my enquiry. I have to say to anyone reading this, the feedback you'll read online is totally accurate. The gents are thorough, not pushy and, above all, are men of their word which is incredibly reassuring. The Jeep Cherokee does exactly as intended - It's a comfortable cruiser with plenty of space for longer trips and was presented to me in immaculate condition. Everything's going great with my new BMW 1 Series - I love it! James and Andy were both brilliant and took their time to answer my many, many questions haha! They even recommended places to eat locally as I was pretty far from home - They literally couldn't have done any more for me if they tried and I'm super grateful.

Our vehicle search was pretty specific as we needed to replace a rather large 4x4 for the family. The Vauxhall Crossland seemed to tick most of our boxes, so we started browsing online. We came across Andrew James Cars on Auto trader and decided to give them a call based on their reviews and the fact they're highly rated by Auto trader in 2024. They didn't disappoint!

As an HGV driver by trade, I spend all week in lorries so genuinely look forward to driving something nicer at the weekends. We recently bought a Mercedes GL:C from the chaps at Andrew James Cars and both the wife and I are as pleased as punch with it. The lads at the dealership are a couple of nice guys and we're really happy with the service provided. Top marks all round!
