This is connected to Approved Used Cars . Com at Crews Hill Enfield also owned by Mr Mark Ivor Undrell, the guys fronting it were Keiran and John. liners cheats and very professional scammers. I am looking for them to get recompense for selling me a non existent warranty and serious fault on the car to which I have been unable to recover costs. Please ensure these unscrupulous animals don’t take other innocent peoples hard earned cash. My message to all three of them is let me know where you are and maybe I will change my mind, I don’t however expect the cowards to contact me. Don’t buy anything from them

Leanna H in response to worst ive ever come across Alan, please contact me i'm going through exactly the same thing with these crooks from buying at approved used motors ltd enfield from Kieran Sheehan. I have found 4 companies in relation to them. I've had a major fault with my car also. My email is leanna-marie@live.co.uk. I think it would be beneficial to both of us to exchange emails regarding our AWFUL situations!
Rang twice to ask about a car and on both occasions was met with a rude and abrupt response. The dealer clearly had no clue as to what he was selling and told me to just read the Autotrader ad and not waste his time. Refused to even book me in for a fixed time for the car viewing.
think approved automotive are running under the name platinum automation,by someone called mark based at Silverstone do a runner, stay away may go and do a bit of recording and put it on facebook and youtube,do not take out the extended warrenty

Dodgy cars bought cheap from Auction put through an MOT by Marks mate behind the garage, sold to the public with problems and when you want to get things done under the warranty he’ll argue or “take a look” and the problem will be healed for a few weeks to then come back. Do not buy from Mark, this garage has changed names 3 times at least in 5 years!
mr pete in response to Differently name same “salesman”
hi was his name mark ivor undrell if so hes running platinum automation from Silverstone towester, NN12 8GX.hes selling from the same garage where approved automotive was should call watch dog plus put on youtube and facebook piece of
Brought a car in Dec 2016 which the clutch went on in January 2017. we went ahead and obtained a CCJ which he defended but didn't come to court. Judgment obtained and payment finally received 22/12/17. The garage seem to have vanished now.
i Purchased a car from Mark at Approved Automotive and am glad to report it’s the worst place in Northampton to purchase a car from. MOT station lets cars go out in poor condition. Do not purchase anything unless you want big repair bills. Drove pass it today 29/12/2017 and looks as if Mark had done a runner . Glad I passed on details to vOSA about MOT station behind and cars they are selling. Good riddens.

I too bought a car last month from Mark. Was promised a repair to be done this month to rear window winding mechanism and also a 3 month warranty. Looks like I have nothing now except for a jeep with potential problems. The telephone number for marks mobile is switched off
Bought a Nissan Qashqai in Nov 16 from Approved Automotive, started off badly from day one when after 12 months MOT was put on the car it had no washer fluid, the wipers and washers didn't work and then the engine management light came on 30 miles down the road. The car has been back in and out 6 times now, not one fault fully rectified and now Mark refuses to answer messages and refuses to do any work. I asked for a full refund and "no chance" was his answer, got very cocky on the phone and wouldn't accept text messages to the phone that he had once text me from, as a reasonable way to contact him. Now going through legal proceedings. IF YOU HAVE AN EMLIGHT ON IT WILL JUST GET RESET.
Andrew in response to Awful, rude and dodgy mechanical work
Hi. We bought a car 4 weeks ago and have experienced the same problems as yourself. I have been advised to claim a chargeback from my bank as i paid by debit card. Firstly i need to send an email to them to see if they will accept our offer of return and our money back. We have already done this verbally, but the response from Mark was 'no chance...see you in court!!' Do you have an email address that you may have used to send correspondence to them? His website has no email. Any other contact information you may have( i have a mobile number already ) will be greatly appreciated. I hope you get your vehicle sorted also and i wish you all the best. Regards.

Hi, I'm also trying to contact Mark at approved Automotive in Blisworth Northampton, He doesn't answer ANY texts or reply to an email that I sent him via his web page. Ive also popped by three times in last two weeks to show him a problem with clutch release bearing on a car i bought back in end Aug 2017 but the garage is all locked up with no one around on each occasion. Also had thermostat replaced (?) as not getting to temp (too cold) and its having the same problem again. Mark didn't strike me as being like this but I was in the process in buying the car at the time I guess! Have you had any joy so far??
Brought a car from Approved Automotive, paid upfront the car broke down the first day I got it returned to the garage he said he would fix it,tried to call for 2 days no answer blatantly ignoring calls, went to get my money back he pretended to pay my money back but the receipt said void I'm now chasing the money from him be very careful I wouldn't go anywhere near this place.
James Dykes in response to Unprofessional
Hi there, I've bought a car from this dealer and I'm having similar problems, I bought my car back in November 2016, the outstanding issues with the car are still on going up to this day, July 2017. Did your issues get resolved?
Bought a vehicle for my wife less than 3 months ago with a 3 month warranty and felt pretty secure that any issues would be dealt with. Took my vehicle to a local garage with squeaking under braking and AC not getting cold. Told that rear brakes were dangerous and AC is leaking and not holding gas. Spoke to the selling garage and basically told to go away in no kind terms. Now facing an expensive garage bill for a car that is dangerous and carries my wife and young son on a daily basis. Do Not Buy From Here.
