Overall, my Ford Fiesta has been okay and it was a smooth purchase buying from AR Auto Sales. Unfortauntly I had a accident, so I needed a new car. I was looking to get a car on finance and I was checking dealers nearby to me and AR auto sales came up. Feedback on one thing I would say, is it would’ve been helpful if the milage was the exact number rather than the rounded number, I know some websites don't allow to put exact but if there was any way to manually write in the description I feel this would beneficial for prospective buyers. That said their communication system is really nice, they were able to assist me to basically make sure everything was okay for me.

I was in need of a new car due to my old car failing its MOT drastically and wasn’t worth getting it repaired. Just put my price range and specs into a website and AR auto came up. I did have three cars picked out but AR was the closest to me, so I just thought I'd give it ago. There was a problem initially with the car battery, but as it was still under warranty the car dealership replaced this for me. Even though there was a little wait getting it sorted, they did resolve it and I've not come across any other issues. They let me test drive the Nissan and was a simple transaction, just because the issues with the battery and having to wait a little longer than expected for the V5, I would knock it down to a 4 star rating.

I'm sharing the Vauhall Astra from AR Auto Sales with my son but to be honest, he uses it most of the time. We've had no problems so far and everything's alright. The majority of the team were okay, we just found one guy in particular who wasn't too helpful. It felt like he wanted to get the sale over and done with ASAP which felt a bit rushed. The other guys were really helpful though and gave us more support in sorting our insurance to drive home. These tiny things make a big difference! The garage had noted an issue with the car which they'd sorted on collection and the car was cleaned nicely, so I'd score our overall experience a four. I'd possibly consider returning again in future too.

We bought our Qashqai about a month ago now. There's a sensor playing up on one side, but it's no big deal. Aside from that it's a great wee car and both my wife and I love it! It's mainly used for the kids and transferring our family stuff (you know what it's like!!). We had a Grandland X previously but decided to scale down/scale back a bit. The staff at AR Auto Sales were great! We communicated via WhatsApp mainly, with a couple of calls here and there and whenever there was a query, they were great. The car was all ready for me on the day of collection and they explained everything with no problems, so there's no issues with the handover either.

5 stars - had a few issues with tyres after purchasing but it was resolved quickly without any push back. Friendly staff on site

The Nissan's my daughter's car and she'd been shopping about a bit herself on Auto Trader, so we just went from there. Everything was alright to be honest with you and I've nae complaints, but the guy never gave me the winning lottery numbers or anything so it's going to have to be a 4/5 ha ha!

My little Aygo is running well, everything was fine and had no issues with the team at AR Auto Sales, all was done quickly and I was in and out

The gentleman who helped me was lovely, He took care of every detail when I bought my Tiguan. I would go back to AR Auto Sales just to buy another car from him. Since having my car its not caused me any both at all.

Over the past few months my car was having issues and I knew the time was coming for a new car, so I started to look to be ahead of the game, I found a perfect Skoda at AR Auto Sales, once I had bought this from them my car went in the garage and I was told it was no longer any good, so the timing finding this car was impeccable - I was very lucky. The boys at the dealership were brilliant, a little hiccup with payment which was stressful but they were good to deal with as a whole.
