Friendly staff easy to talk to the whole experience at AR car sales was good so I'm giving it a 5 the only downside was that I had to wait a whole week to get the car and I'm happy with the car I purchased 👍🏼

The Vauxhall Corsa is my son’s car, and it’s going really well. It was myself that made the purchase and the salesman was spot on, I couldn’t fault him at all. There was no pressure, which made the experience so much better. I saw the car online, went to see it in person, and after about 30 minutes, I decided to go ahead with it. The whole process was spot on.

I can't remember the name of the salesman who looked after me, but he was brilliant. At the time I went to view the car, I wasn't able to drive the car but he was kind enough to take me out in it while he drove. 4 stars because I had to replace a fog light, but otherwise I'm getting on fine with the car.

So far so good with my Ford Focus and I'm happy with it.

This was my first time buying from the dealership, and the whole process was good, nice, and easy. I already knew about the car beforehand, and it ticked all the boxes for what I was looking for. It was more about sitting in it and taking it for a drive to make sure it was the right fit, which the team were happy for me to do. Everything went smoothly, and I couldn’t be happier. Definitely 5 stars.

I’ve used my VW Golf a fair bit, and everything’s been going well. The customer service was fine, and although I didn’t have much interaction with the team, there was no pushiness or hard sell. The sale went as expected, and nothing went wrong.

So far I'm getting on great with my Ford Fiesta and other than a tyre pressure sensor, the car has been faultless. I’ve already used it a couple of times over Christmas, and it’s been perfect but I haven't been using it much since. The customer service was spot on. I actually bought a car from here two years ago, and since I had no problems with that experience, I decided to come back. After weeks of searching and looking at thousands of cars online, I knew this was the right place to return to, as they always have something available even if it's not online.

There's always room for improvement with any business, but the salesman that looked after me was really nice and helped a lot throughout the sale. I did have to take the car back as a light came on, but they had no problems fixing it and touchwood, the issue hasn't come back around.

Very happy with how everything went while I was making the purchase and up to now everything is going fine with my Ford Focus.
