Stay AWAY!!! Overpaid, my bad. 4 week warranty a joke luckily alternator packed in within that period. Ignored fact that advisory said two tyres so he only changed one. During talking about price and percent for using credit card he used that time to tell me about his ill wife which I thought was convenient. Won't be back.

This car was purchased more than six months ago. After the initial issue we never heard from the customer and hence asumed every thing was well. As we never had the chance to inspect the car ourselves we cannot comment on the "MINI garage" findings. The MOT came with no advisories because every thing was indeed fixed by Lothian Cars. We are unaware of any complaints made about the MOT. We sell over 300 cars a year and while most satisfied customers don't leave a review, most unsatified ones do. If every customer left a review our approval rate would be 99%. Modern cars are very complicated machines and it is unavoidable, although we aim to prepare every car as best as we can, that some thing can go wrong. And nowadays these things can happen without any warning, you can not foresee it. If no faults are present at the time of the purchase then that is as well as we can prepare the car. We have no influence over what happens next. Given the chance we will endeavour to rectify any problem asap if it is brought to our attention, even if it means that we will end up out of pocket. In return all we request is that customers use a bit of common sense. They are buying a complicated piece of technology that is often more than ten years old.
