Auto Range Car Sales are spamming an advert for a back Honda Civic type r on gumtree that apparently has a “12 month MOT” when you check mot history it has no current MOT and failed on its last 2 attempts on too many things to list. AVOID

I recently passed my driving test and was looking for a reliable first car . Couldn't have gone to a better place as the sales rep was very helpful who gave me pro and cons of the different cars I had in mind. I eventually chose a car and it has been running amazing and will definitely go back when I want to upgrade my car.

Picked up a car a few months ago and within days EML came on and went into limp mode. Car was returned 4 times with the same problem, each time promised that it had been fixed. Turns out the repair was bodged and now have a repair bill of £400 to replace the DPF after it was tampered with. Avoid this place ato all costs.

Modern cars are very complicated machines and it is unavoidable, although we aim to prepare every car as best as we can, that some thing can go wrong. And nowadays these things can happen without any warning, you can not foresee it. If no faults are present at the time of the purchase then that is as well as we can prepare the car. We have no influence over what happens next.
Given the chance we will endeavour to rectify any problem asap if it is brought to our attention, even if it means that we will end up out of pocket. In return all we request is that customers use a bit of common sense. They are buying a complicated piece of technology that is often more than ten years old.

This trader changes company name on a regular basis to shake off all the terrible reviews they get on the Internet and bad reputation. I bought a car some time ago which was given to me with long delay. On the way home from the garage the braking system failed completely, letting the car run out of control. When brought back to them, the vendor told me they could fix it. Despite having told them it was vital for me to get the car within 1 week, it took 3 weeks of unanswered phone calls and never being called back before I was told they couldn't fix it. When I asked for my money back, the vendor insisted on giving me a completely different car, but I declined. This is when he got aggressive and threatening, telling me that my lack of trust was offensive to him. I had to go to the police to eventually get my money back. It's been an extremely dangerous and stressful experience. Stay away from this place.
