We found a SEAT Ibiza with Auto Range Car Sales in Edinburgh and we had a car to trade in. We spoke over the phone and discussed prices, details etc. The staff were very polite and friendly and lovely to deal with. We drove to the dealership and the trade in was very straight forward and easy, the process was simple and the dealership looked after us along the way, When we arrived the car was pristine, it looked perfect. We had a fantastic drive home in it and are very pleased with it since.

The whole experience was great buying a car here, I bought a Mercedes and the car itself is a dream, its bob on. Great customer service from the team, helpful, knowledgeable and very organised! I had a small dropping of oil and the dealer took it in got it fixed up and back to me, it was quick and they didnt question it at all. When I contacted with the issue, the dealer was right on the ball, nothing was too much trouble - highly impressed.

I cannot fault the customer service and after sales at Auto Range, both me and my Husband bought a car at the same time and the staff were just fantastic. I had a few issues with a tyre and ABS when I bought it, but Auto Range got it all fixed up and to a great standard, they sorted it quickly and professionally.
