Called to enquire about a car on autotrader. Spoke to Ash who had an awful attitude from the get go. Felt like he couldn’t be bothered to help. I was inconveniencing him by asking questions. Didn’t have the answers I needed. Great car with great price but not giving these people business.

I wish I could leave AR Cars London no stars - bought a faulty vehicle from them and have had a nightmare experience trying to return it and get our money back. Apparently, they believe the consumer act of 2015 doesn't apply to them.
I personally thought my experience was all good. I thought they got things done well and quickly. The BMW was clean and i'm enjoying it. 4 Stars for these guys!

I both car from them and they didnt say anytime to me .i pick up car from them after 10 mn on M4 brocken down when i call them he said the car was fine when you picked up .dont trust them guys.

Good overall experience with this dealership. The dealers were quite helpful. I purchased a BMW a few months ago and I have only had one issue with it which got sorted but it could have been done quicker.

I bought a Mini Cooper from this dealership back in April and I am really happy with it! The car was really clean and nice and the staff were really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The car was pretty good value for money and I would certainly recommend them.

I bought a BMW from Ar cars back in April and the service was good overall, I would recommend this dealership. The sales team were helpful, the car was clean and as described and good value for money. I did have an issue with it, something blew but I didn't return to the dealership, I went to another garage to have it fixed but I feel that AR CARS should have known that the car needed a part replacing.
