I bought Audi S6 for 20k from them. From beginning I knows that something is wrong and after a month I found out that gearbox is damaged. It took few weeks before they agreed to take it for repair, for a week but finally I ended up with out any replacement car for a whole month! I drop off car on my cost (3h drive one way plus day off at work) and they promised to bring it back to me for free as I already paid for delivery at first time but at the day of return they called me and asked for £200 to bring it to me, because “we spend a lot on your car” - well do not sell broken cars then. Also engine mount was faulty. They used cheapest Chinese parts to repair and kept lying that these are genuine from Audi, genuine part was £1080 and they show me invoice for £340, still can feel strong vibrations from engine. Also tried to charge me half of 3k bill for gearbox repair. They are nice till you pay them. After that won’t pickup calls and will reply to your messages after days. 6 months after purchase I still didn’t get invoice. They asked for cash on collection, as much I can, clearly tax cheaters. Same like others mentioned here, no promised spare keys or information on autotrader about all their cars are imported. Definitely not what you expect after spending so much money. Please avoid, plenty of companies that will import your dream car for you.
