Place seems to be ran very poorly. Tough to get in contact with salesman. On hold constantly. Then car takes weeks to even get a photograph and salesman is then rude down the phone. Shall not be buying a car from them.

When my new car was delivered I was surprised that it had bird mess all down one side. I complained and received an apology and £30 for a valet. Though I didn't think a dirty new car was good service I forgot about it. However I am now very unhappy that I am going to have to pay for locking wheel nuts as they were not in the car. My tyre needs to be repaired and I have therefore discovered that I don't have the nuts. Called Arbury who say they were delivered so I will have to pay to replace them. They were not in the car!!!

After watching video decided to go and view the vehicle it was lovely spoke to Kevin the salesman who showed me the car it was a nice friendly experience i picked the car up on 29th December 2020 on the day i dealt with a different salesman Will Bird who was friendly and professional all the paperwork was all completed quickly he was really helpful as well with some of the features the car had before i drove the car away enjoyed the experience from start to finish.

Popped in on a BH Monday. Only one sales advisor present, no receptionist nothing. This man was being rude to the customers he was serving. Loud music was playing. Toilets were filthy and flush broken. Ran as fast as we could.
I have recently lost my car keys and rang Arbury in Bromsgrove to enquire about getting another set. I was telephoned back with a price of £384. I will manage with the set of I have got. I have never heard anything so ridiculous. I knew they would be a rip off. Bring back the old Regal they were a wonderful company. £50 would be an acceptable figure.
Easily one of the better car buying experiences I've had, the man who conducted the sale had a great approach, he didn't pressure me into a sale, he greeted me on the forecourt and let me roam around at my leisure. The car had only 2 months left on its MOT so they put a new one on, they let me tax the car there and then and they also make a good cup of coffee which is a bonus.
