I went to Arbury Motors Lichfield and looked at Peugeot 208 with Kevin Waite. What a pleasure to deal with a coruteous and understanding man. I went back on Monday to see Kevin but he was running late and passed to JETHRO, ( not smiling). He dealt with all paperwork and was passed from pillar to post before getting vehicle. We now coming to the gripes. 1 Little petrol in car managed to get service station to fill up. 2. No car mats (£18000) paid for car. They could back order but EBAY is cheaper and same quality. 3. car was serviced but log book not stamped,, the vehicle was 16 months had not had 1st service 18th Sept 2023 4 Charged admin fee £120 for vehicle check which I estimate,at being £30 max. Having had my moan Kevin Waite deserves all my credit and must have patience of a Saint for 4 hrs with previous customer

I would give zero stars if I could. I was sold an “approved used car” which was most certainly not up to standard. They vehicle had a leak, superglued reverse camera and a scratched windscreen but to name a few faults. They were given the chance to rectify these problems but were not interested. The sales manager Alan Pang was not interested and laughed at me on the phone followed by the words “what do you want me to do about it” when I explained the issues I was having. My local dealer tried to help fix the vehicle and they passed comment on Alan’s attitude when they were trying to get permission to work on the vehicle, they had my car for 3 days and worked on it for an hour because Alan wouldn’t authorise anymore than 1 hours work at a time and he was impossible to reach on the phone. They could call 5 times a day when they were trying to sell the car but after the sale you couldn’t get a hold of them. The alloy wheel was also all marked which shouldn’t have been the case if it was to meet approved used standards. Tyres on the vehicle were also miss matched and were basically anything they could find. My local Peugeot dealer said the vehicle didn’t meet approved used standards and shouldn’t have been sold like this.

I enquired about a vehicle, but they could not guarantee that the car would be at the dealership in the time that I required, so I started looking elsewhere. A few days later Jethro Morris took a chance, phoned me and asked if I was still interested in the car. I intimated that I was and so we struck a deal. Perseverance has its rewards. Norman Moore

Arbury Peugeot in Lichfield seem more intent on sealing the deal than treating you well as a customer i rejected the car i bought as it came out poorly presented with lots of scratches. But before you get to see the car you have signed for it and handed over your own vehcle took me a 3 days to get my money back even though i was promised it would be in my bank same day i wont be going back

Arburys of Lichfield , excellent service when purchasing but be aware at the end, we returned a vehicle after the 3 year agreement expired , then the fun starts we discovered that the service department had not stamped the service book although the service had been carried out, PSA charge £200 although we sent a copy of the service document the same day both to Manheim and to PSA not good enough, spoke to Arburys on a number of occasions promised to call back 4 times eventually phoned a week later to say it was our problem we should have made sure the book was stamped , surely Arburys should have made sure the book was stamped it was them that serviced the vehicle. This came after we discovered we had GAP insurance That we were unaware of that cost us an extra £220 again no explanation once you get rid of the car they don't care ,So be aware when your agreement expires there is more to pay !!!!!!!!

My car needed repairs following a minor bump, Mark Haddock was able to quote for repairs and then dealt directly with the third party making the whole process as easy as possible for myself. Car went in as planned and was completed on time and quote covered all work required. Excellent service thank you to everyone at Arbury Peugeot in Lichfield.

My salesman was called Joel. He made the process of buying my new car easy and hassle-free, Steve was also very knowledgeable and gave me a good price for my trade-in car.
