Unfortunately I was involved in a road traffic collision, which resulted in my volvo v50 being written off. I wanted to find a similar vehicle to replace it. I found what appeared to be a suitable car on ARC s website I telephoned the owner and explained my situation. He went to the car and described the car in detail to me. As this car was located over 100 miles from my home I couldn't feasibility go and examine the car my self After reading the previous reviews left by previous customers and speaking to the owner. I. Paid for the car by bank transfer. Then I arranged to be taken to the car sales by a family member. The car was exactly as it was described I am so very pleased with the car, and can recommend ARC car sales in Wakefield without hesitation .A genuine and honest and very friendly car sales site this is the first time I have purchased and paid for a car without first looking at it .

We travelled a round trip of 8 hrs to picked up a 2008 BMW 1 Series from this dealer last Sunday. We could not view before pick up due to distance etc. Dealer very friendly and helpful over phone answering many questions from me. On day of pick up again very friendly and helpful. Car was presented well, washed and hoovered etc. Car was in amazing condition, and a lot better than described or expected. Price was very good hence distance travelled for it.

Part exchanged my car at ARC Quality Car Centre for a fiat grande punto with 12 months mot started breaking down straight away.took the car back but they did not want to know.after six months and £2000 of repairs i have cut my losses and the car has gone to the scrapyard.avoid this dealer at all costs.
I bought a Corsa from here. Little overpriced but good car, I'm having an issue with a funny tapping noise but nothing major. It was clean and in good condition. Not sure I would really recommend them.

Not the best experience with this dealership. I purchased a Vauxhall Insignia back in July and not long after I started having issues. The UCU went after only one week so I got it fixed at a local dealership and ARC were very reluctant to cover the costs. I would not recommend this dealership.
