Absolutely amazing people very professional bought my car very good price did with no asle no big knock down on price transfer to bank immediately Absolute brilliant thank you so much
:When my brother (not twin) told me he was going to look at a car from Archway cars i was a little sceptical given the reputation of other small car dealers and was expecting the usual BS. I couldn\'t have been more wrong Tracy and Curtis made my brother feel very at ease. Both very friendly and you almost forget you\'re actually buying a car. No pressure sales and Tracy was adamant that my brother was happy and gave him the freedom to say no before he signed the dotted line. Now my brother is driving around with a massive smile and restored confident in cars and is very happy with the car he\'s got. A perfect experience for nervous buyers. i highly recommend giving Archway a vis
Tracy and Curtis were fantastic, both very knowledgeable and they couldn't be more helpful and accommodating. I bought my Nissan juke from here today, there was no pressure sale, no rush to do a deal and it the most pleasant experience. Buying a car can be stressful but all went so smoothly. The car itself is wonderful, was thoroughly checked over and sold to a high standard. There was a little issue with the radio but with no hesitation at all it is being fixed. It's clear to see they take pride in the cars they sell. I wouldn't hesitate to buy future cars from here. The kids love the car too and keep asking for a drive out haha. Thankyou!

This place lacks the consideration of cyclists. They continuously park one of the cars that they have for sale on the cycle path outside their premises. This can be quite dangerous when riding during rush hour times forcing the cyclist to take evasive action. Shame some people are far more focused on their pockets, and the promotion of business than the safety of others. I'm sure they sell lovely cars but the inconsiderate parking on the cycle lane needs to stop.

As pointed out on a previous review left on another dealer review site, these are NOT our cars and they are not parked outside of our business. The cars belong to John March Commercials and are outside of his business. If this post is not removed, I will take legal action against you for slander.

I replied to exactly the same post that you have written on every other dealer review site and again I will state for the record that the cars are not on the path outside Archway Cars but our neighbours John March Commercials!! Please get the facts right before commenting and trying to damage our good reputation!

I live near there and walk that way every day i can honestly say i have never seen a car blocking the cycle lane the only problem there is the council not cutting back all the trees and bushes pushing pedestrians into the sacred land of the cyclists!
Poor aftersales , car leaked coolant about 2 weeks after purchase due to leaking pressure bottle , told was not covered under warrantee as a consumable item and didn't have to be replaced as we could keep topping up. Wasn't leaking when you bought it and I'm in business to make money so won't replace were traceys words. Terrible attitude I even offered to pay half the cost. From reviews looks like my experience is not unusual

Myself and my son bought our cars from Archway Cars. We were pleasantly greeted by Tracey and Curtis. We had Fantastic service from beginning to end and Curtis even drove my son's newly purchased Seat Ibiza up to Wellingborough at a reasonable cost and even when we had to pay he didnt take the full amount. Both cars were in immaculate condition and spotlessly clean. I will always use them as my first choice if I was to change my car but for now I am perfectly happy with my 3 year old BMW. GREAT customer service and two lovely people.

Car looked nice in the photos and price was good so drove over 100 miles to check it out. Seller was all fun and games and car was showroom like...kudos to the valeter. And that's all the good things about this bad overall experience. At first glance found a missing bulb in one headlight and the other had a cheap aftermarket led which was flickering. Licence plate also had a bulb dead. Took a while for them to replace the bulbs but they got it sorted eventually. Then noticed absolute zero brake pads on the front and all 4 discs were worn and coroded. Somehow this didn't came up on MOT and this was their life line when pointed out. Rocker cover was full of oil and later when i removed the injectors found all seals gone and injectors holes full of oil as well. Driver electric seat moves back and forth nicely only if you dream about it, but in any other day it's a real struggle. Because the car had being moved around prior to my arrival, couldn't hear the worn timing chain which can be heard only when the engine is stone cold. Then, because it was a rainy day and engine was washed, didn't noticed the cracked radiator. Drove home and next day noticed the empty expansion tank. Provided them with lots of pictures and videos with the leaking radiator but they wanted the car to be checked by a garage. Local garage confirmed and gave a repair price. By the time they decided to bust a move in this direction, their supplier closed for holidays, my garage closed as well and i had no car for the rest of the year, 'till Jan 4th. Eventually we agreed to use my garage radiator to save some time and they were suppose to pay a chunk of the bill...if only things were that easy. After the mechanic changed the radiator we waited the whole day for the seller to pay his part. That didn't happened. I had to pay the whole bill and spam them for 3 days with emails until they finally çracked and paid the garage who then refunded me. After this, since i could actually drive the car i noticed the timing chain was making noise. They didn't wanna hear about it and said it was not covered by the warranty.. Replaced the timing chain and leaky water pump and as i replaced the front discs noticed that both inner cv boots were split. They didn't express any interest in that either. Not long after, right side handbrake shoes got detached and glued onto to brake disk locking the wheel. Even to this day i wonder how this car passed MOT. Unless they have their own garage for that. While i was replacing oils and filters, as i do not trust any dealer who says that the car had been serviced, found air filter packed with bees, leaves, dirt and all sorts of other creatures, which puts the last maintenance date just after the dinosaurs extinction. After more than 1000£ spent on repairs i ended up selling the car just to forget about this bad episode.

Marked us 2/5 for cleanliness of the vehicle and then goes on to say that it was showroom condition, even complimenting our valeter, doesn't add up like the majority of comments in the review. Now for the facts...... Headlight was flickering, bulb was replaced and as anyone knows, a bulb can fail at anytime. There was no issue with the other headlight or licence plate bulb. The vehicle, a 2010 Hyundai Sante Fe with almost 150,000 miles on the clock, came into us with a MOT supplied by the previous keeper. MOT had been carried by an independent MOT station, not our own MOT station as inferred by the customer, in fact we don't have our own MOT station. The discs and pads were in good condition and I told the customer that we wouldn't be changing them as although they weren't brand new, they were still legal. Customer was happy to proceed with the purchase but now, for some reason, has the need to complain about them. Customer contacted us a week after having the vehicle and reported a leak from the radiator. We gave the garage of his choice, also a friend of his, authority to go ahead with supplying and fitting a new one and the delay in paying the garage was due to the fact that I had to wait for them to email an invoice but as soon as this was received, a bank transfer was made immediately. 2 months after having the car, the customer sent me a video of the engine complaining about the timing chain making a noise. I couldn't make out any noise but to be sure I showed it to two independent mechanics who said that there was no issue with it. The customer wasn't happy with our reply so I invited him to bring the vehicle back and we would happily take a look at it, he declined our invitation. For anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from us, please read our reviews on Autotrader. We are nearing 600 reviews with a rating of 4.9/5
I'm very much for supporting small business's however after my experience with Archway cars its far better to go to a trusted reliable dealership. The true measure of a business is not how they deal with customers when they are trying to make a sale but how they respond when there's an issue. The women is hugs smiles and kisses when she's making a sale but as soon as there's an issue she shows her true colours and has no customer service skills and a VERY bad attitude. I bough a car from archway on 18th DEC 2020, less than a month later on 11th Jan 2021 2 of the coil springs has snapped and all break disc and pads neeed changing, there should have been advisories on the MOT but there weren't, this has been reported to VOSA. Electric window also doesn't work When a struggling single parent is spending £7600 on a car you don't want to be forking out £750 on repairs! They refused to carry out the repairs, had to do alot if back and forth with finance company for them to eventually pay half but they still didn't sorry window. They get the negative reviews deleted off autotrader and then block you from writing a review. Avoid at all costs

I find it very disappointing when after all we have done to help this customer, even after the abuse she has given me, that she continues to try and damage our reputation by continually leaving negative reviews. Autotrader employ a third party to accept/decline reviews written and I can confirm that the first review was declined due to the customer being abusive and personal towards me. However, she has since written a second one which has been published. I would urge anyone that is looking to buy a vehicle to check out our reviews on Autotrader as I am sure that they will give you added confidence in buying from us and and show you that this customer is just simply one of those that you can't please! Please read the review left by this customer under the name of SAN T on Autotrader, read my reply and then hopefully you will agree, whatever we had done, this customer was never going to be happy or satisfied!
After a recent leg amputation this garage have sold us a dangerous car. They will not repair it or take it back. Not only am I unable to work they have lost me £1000 too
Tracey Tedds from Archway Cars Leicester in response to Avoid this garage
This review has been left by our customers son in law who I believe misunderstood the situation and isn’t aware of the full story. We sold a car to Mr and Mrs W. A few months later, due to Mrs W’s health, the vehicle was no longer suitable for them. We had nothing in stock at the time which suited their requirements but did offer to buy the car back from them for a much more substantial price than they had been offered elsewhere. Unfortunately, when we called to collect the car, we found that the clutch needed replacing which meant that we had to revise our offer. To help Mr and Mrs W out, we offered to get the clutch replaced for them, charging them only what we would have to pay for the work which would enable them to sell the car privately and for more money than we had offered them. Mr and Mrs W took us up on this offer. However two days before we were due to collect the car for repair, Mr W called to say that they had sold the car and thanked us for our help. I firmly believe that we treated Mr and Mrs W in a fair and courteous manner but if they feel that we didn’t, I would like them to call me on 0116 2745199 to discuss the matter.
Forgive me if this is wordy but I feel it is deserved. I cannot recommed Archway Cars Leicester highly enough. I purchased a car, exceptionally good condition and low miles for the year, at a fantastic price. The car developed an intermittent clutch issue which I am 100% sure was unknown to Archway at the point of sale. Tracy and her team have been amazing! No fuss, no stress, fully sorted without question and it was no small or cheap repair. All in the name of their incredible service. My family have now had two cars from here and we will be looking here first for any future purchases. It is rare in this day and age to find a dealership with ethical, principled and honest service and values. I would especially recommend to any ladies or elderly fold looking for a quality used vehicle as I believe you can genuinely buy with confidence and you will get great service and advice to boot! If you have a vehicle in mind that you sre looking for, ask HERE! I am so grateful to Tracy and her dedicated team for all your efforts. Thank you so much. P.S. I have worked in sales for 20+ years and I value integrity and honesty extremely highly! 5***** review from a very happy customer M.Attwood
