My daughter purchased a car from this outfit and from the moment the agreement was signed it has been a nightmare. The car was not fit for use from the moment it left the yard. She has had to involve third parties to deal with the problems and have it independently inspected. The inspection turned up a mountain of problems which an independent garage has had to deal with as the lady which sold her the car was rude and would not deal with any problems under the warranty and kept dragging her feet so the warranty ran out and it could be swept under the carpet. I have bought lots of cars I’m my driving years and never come across anything as bad as this. Avoid at all costs.

Disappointed that you have put pen to paper and haven’t had the decency to call me to discuss your concerns.... I can only assume that you are referring to the Mazda 2 as the complaints that we receive are almost non existent. The car was immaculate when it left us.... I believe that driver driving style caused the issues reported... However, that aside we have rectified the issues reported and a third party was instructed to inspect the car after repairs.... All repairs completed by us, not a third party as stated. The vehicle was collected yesterday after permission from the finance company to release the vehicle who have stated that the repairs that we have carried our are far and beyond anything that was expected of us.
I had my scuffed and scratched paintwork on my bmw completely revived by the lovely people at archway cars. It also came back spotlessly clean! My car now looks shiney and new. Very pleased with the result and efficient friendly service, thank you

I bought my car in November from Archway Car in Leicester and the car was spotless in every way. I had a bit of an issue but called them up and they got it sorted that day. Love my little car. Would fully recommend to anyone buying a car to try these guys.
I bought a BMW from Archway Cars in June and I have had lots of issues with it, the car has been badly resprayed with water based paint, After a week the brake pads and drop links went and then the AVS pump went. The people at this dealership act like your best friend when they want you to buy a car but as soon s you have issues they don't wanna know. I just had a lady shouting at me down the phone. I am now in the process of sending the car back.

I believe that Archway cars knowingly sold me an accident damaged car and lied that it had never had damage. Mercedes dealer has void warranty due to repair. Paid 16500 pounds they are rude and actually stated they dont care.

I strongly dispute the contents of this review. Customer came to us with an issue regarding the gearbox which is still under Mercedes Benz warranty and we have it booked in with them for Thursday this week to be repaired..... We are doing our utmost to resolve this matter with as little inconvenience to the customer as possible.
It was a little touch and go getting the everything with the finance sorted in time but the woman at Archway Cars was very helpful and understanding and it all came through the in the end. I'm very pleased with the car and the service I received.

Not too long ago I purchased a BMW from this car dealer in Leicester, Knighton to be exact. My overall experience at Archway Cars was a positive one which is why I have rated them a 4. One minor comment is that I did have an issue with the with the car soon after but it wasn't covered in the warranty which I thought it was, other than that I would still recommend this used car dealer.
